In the process of suing these two as I write this. Complete joke - took 6 months to ""start"" the job - canceled literally 23 times over the course of 6 months. Didn't respond to my attorneys request for a return of the deposit so now I have to file small claims suit. When I asked for Luigi's address, he lied and called the town police saying I threatened to hurt him (which is absurd because all text messages prove otherwise). I hope the others who reviewed them are also suing because I don't see how a judge will see their side. Avoid like the plague!

I am beyond disgusted with this company. My mother has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, she is frail and obviously very sick. This company dragged their feet at every turn, would not show up for set appointments just like the other reviews stated. He and his partner were verbally abusive to her, one of their workers showed up and wasted well over an hour just ""hanging around"". Another worker asked her for money for gas. They kept claiming they were not being paid even though they signed on agreeing to work through and with the insurance claim. Horrible business owners, unprofessional and unethical. STAY AWAY from this company. Everything stated in the other reviews rings true. I only wish my other had seen them before she agreed to work with them.

People and companies like this make you wonder if this should be negative stars!!

They Never Deliver and will NEVER finish the work.
The two partner presents the best case but both of them are plain out liners, have no back bone and never meet their deadline.
They play good cop and bad cop and take money in advance.
They have both horrible business and professional practices.

Chris B and Luigi- I guarantee you - you will cry and come to a breaking point with the horrible contractors. These two are working with no ethics and integrity.

My friend wrote a review already but I wanted to mention that Chris even kept saying I'm doing you a favor I'm doing you a favor when asked if he would complete the job - even though he was paid both upfront and tipped by me upfront I am so appalled by such services and the people he brought into our house!!! Completely unreliable business

Completely unprofessional business , Was supposed to put a tub in and ended up taking 3 months , Brought alcoholic unprofessional people into our home who even asked us to give a ride to the liquor store !!! Brought another person who was complete vulgar and seemed to be on drugs!!!!! Chris would give us a date he was supposed to come and constantly would cancel and reschedule and than not come up on the reschedule dates !!!!! Didn't take phone calls worked very messy !!!!!! Left out bathroom in dissary we had to hire empire to come an redo our bathroom that he said he would help with but bailed ! And we paid him all upfront for a job that was left a mess not even calked by lines of tub etc what a disaster an mess left our bathroom trashed ' completely disgusted by this buisness!!! I would not trust these people and not let them into your home !!!!!
