No Call, No Show!! I took a day off to meet the plumber but he never showed up or called to let me know. I called them several times but I keep getting their weird and rude outsourced call center answering service. The call center is useless- no help at all.
He might be a great plumber but I can't get through to him and he never showed up.

Gene came to my house to repair a leaking spigot. Turns out it will require a bit of work to repair and he provided me with a temporary solution and an approximate estimate of what the repair work could cost. Gene was professional, punctual, and personable - I am very glad that I called All Purpose Plumbing. I am new to the area and don't really have firsthand knowledge of good service people in the area. I chose this company because of its outstanding reviews, and I can see why they rate so highly. They will be my go-to plumbers!

I am extremely satisfied with All Purpose Plumbing. The plumber explained to us what went wrong with the water heater and he resolved the problem within 15 minutes. He waited an other 10 minutes to check the heater to make sure there was no more problem. He handle everything professionally and the price is very reasonable. I called other plumbing companies and they charged arm and leg to diagnose the problem.

They came when they said they would, called to conform arrival, were efficient and helpful, and gave me preventive pointers for the future to preserve my plumbing. I would use them again in a heart beat! And they did not overprice. They have senior and military discounts as well.

There was a leak at my 85 year old Mom's house, she could hear the noise. We assumed it was the toilet and had All Purpose Plumbing replace the toilet. The total charge was 800$ for a bottom of a line toilet (529$) and a flange for (281$). We found out later that Home Depot sells them for 10$. They would not guarantee with any other toilet than theirs.The noise of the leak continued. The plumber thought it might the water line and recommended a new water line for the cost of 6,655$. We thought that was pretty expensive so we dug around ourselves where we could see the water. We fixed the leak with a little valve of 7$. I would not recommend All Purpose Plumbing for any kind of work. They are not honest people and will take advantage of you especially little old ladies,

Awesome service!! I called, had an appointment within two days and was in awe when he gave me the estimate and said he could do it now if I wanted. I DID!! Saved me another day from work. 3 toilets out and 3 new ones in within less than 3 1/2 hours!!! SWEET SERVICE!! I recommend them to anyone who wants honest, quick and excellent customer service!! All Purpose Plumbing has exceeded my expectations. I was looking to repipe my house and got several proposals. I went with the cheaper one, not All Purpose, and got what I paid for. The second proposal didn't require a new water heater (my current water heater is 9 years old and never drained-should be done annually). They also had two young men to did up the pipe from the meter to my house. (All Purpose has a machine that doesn't involve digging.)
Well, 3 1/2 months after the repipe job was finished, I had a sunken trench from the meter and a clogged kitchen faucet that stopped working (the faucet was new in July). I called All Purpose to install a new faucet that I bought at Costco. Steve came out and suggested trying to clean the rust out of the current faucet before installing a new one. He worked for a while and got the rust out of the new faucet and talked about the repiping. I decided I was penny wise and pound foolish (which seems to be the lesson I have trouble learning). I'm sure that Steve or Gene or someone from All Purpose will correct all my repiping issues from the other contractor. All Purpose Plumbing is my plumber of choice and I need to follow their recommendations.

I called on a Saturday and equated and evening appt. and was told no problem. Appt. was over a week,during appt. set up I had requested I get an hour heads up before arrival due to having to picked my kids up early from school. Everything was set and when they called to confirm the appt. I was told that they could not honor the request to call an hour before arrival that they only could provide the window already given. Very poor customer service I would have had to take a half day of work to accommodate their schedule. I fortunately found thrifty plumbing who helped me or on short noticed and didn't charge extra and didn't charge to come out either. I would recommend them over all purpose any day.

You never have to call these guys back, they do it right the first time. There is nothing too hard for Steve and Gene. You get what you pay for. I've been dealing with them for twenty years.

Very thorough. Good explanation for everything that needed to be done. I don't appreciate the ""package pricing"". There is some prep and finish work I can do myself, but no reduction in the price.
