Chris was great, very personable and professional. He came out as promised and crawled under my house to see the problem (bad, deteriorated connections). He texted me a video. He said he could repair the problem right then. It took him about an hour and the leak was fixed.

I gave two stars only because their plumber arrived at my relatives house in only a 1/2 hour to fix a leaking galvanized pipe in backyard and he was very polite. I'll let you decide, but the price strikes me as almost beyond excessive. In the middle of a weekday afternoon she was charged $575 to replace a leaking elbow and few feet of pipe. Total time approximately 1 1/2 hours. Which works out to be in the neighborhood of $360 per hour.

My sink needed the faucet replaced so I call them, they did a good job but my problem is that they charged me $275. I provided the parts and the job took less than an hour with 2 technicians. Citrus Valley fixed my toilet with one technician and more work and charged less. This company will overcharge you so please try someone else.

Bob SAVED US. I had a major sink/washer meltdown due to years of grease buildup. Our entire kitchen and dining room was swimming in dirty water. Him and his partner were able to diagnose the solution and return our home to normal. He was quick and professional, and I would recommend him without question.
