I gave two stars only because their plumber arrived at my relatives house in only a 1/2 hour to fix a leaking galvanized pipe in backyard and he was very polite. I'll let you decide, but the price strikes me as almost beyond excessive. In the middle of a weekday afternoon she was charged $575 to replace a leaking elbow and few feet of pipe. Total time approximately 1 1/2 hours. Which works out to be in the neighborhood of $360 per hour.

My sink needed the faucet replaced so I call them, they did a good job but my problem is that they charged me $275. I provided the parts and the job took less than an hour with 2 technicians. Citrus Valley fixed my toilet with one technician and more work and charged less. This company will overcharge you so please try someone else.

Bob SAVED US. I had a major sink/washer meltdown due to years of grease buildup. Our entire kitchen and dining room was swimming in dirty water. Him and his partner were able to diagnose the solution and return our home to normal. He was quick and professional, and I would recommend him without question.

Not sure about others past experiences but I just called All Purpose yesterday, they dispatched me to Bob who was able to get over to my place two hours after speaking to him. Basically, we turned the gas on and the gas company said it would be a week before they could come turn the pilots on. We also needed to verify that the heater and water heater was working. Bob came out, lit the pilots and verified everything was in order and only charged me for a service call.

Super easy going and friendly. I would certainly refer out to friends.

Called them to come to our business location for minor repairs on the bathroom sink. After having us wait all day Saturday, they call to cancel. When we tried to schedule for Monday the dispatch woman said they are too busy, to call someone else. I have a feeling they just didn't want our buisness. Very unprofessional.
