My water heater burst one night and we needed hot water fast! These guys were great from start to finish! They answered my calls and treated me like I was their only concern. They were able to get someone out very quickly. After giving us the details of the new installation, I was quoted a fair price. They began the installation process and I had to leave the house. Parker knew I was really nervous and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The work was finished quickly and thoroughly. Parker was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about our new water heater. I also appreciated the fact that he did the installation quickly and efficiently. These guys really were life savers.

i needed a solution quick and in a hurry. my water heater was having a couple of issues- not hot enough, smelly with color and a light leak in the heating system; and the first thing i thought to do was get an honest opinion, actual people's experience and a quote. and by wanting that i had to use ""Yelp"".

I am SO SO glad I didn't go with anyone else. They were the easiest and nicest people ever to work with. I had my gas water heater installed by them. There's so many reasons why I love them, but I will list the most important ones and why you should use them for a new hot water heater installation:

1. Communication is key. They were always in constant contact with me. Whether it was calling or texting, they got a hold of me. They made sure I was updated. I never had to wonder or guess about any statuses or updates on anything. THANK YOU!

2. They were able to fit me in the same day, even when j called in the late afternoon! They said that they always try to make sure people who don't have hot water get taken care of super fast. They are prepared because they said they had the type of water heater I needed on the truck compared to other companies that would possibly have to get it from the warehouse the next morning. I just couldn't wait.

3. There were absolutely no questions or gimmicks when it came to their pricing. They do all of their estimates by testing and giving you an exact number. This made me feel like they were trustworthy. Thank you for being honest about your prices from the beginning! That's how it always should be with every business!

4. Lastly, the receptionist and plumber were both so so nice! They were friendly, ask me about my day, the whole 9 yards. They were really genuine people who treated me with kindness and great customer service is rare nowadays. It's definitely noticed and appreciated.

I can't thank them enough for making this seemingly daunting process so much easier and better. They really are awesome! I highly recommend All Pro Water Heaters. You won't be disappointed!

Called for a friend to get a quote. Super friendly and professional. They were able to talk me through what was wrong with my water heater over the phone and they quoted me under what other business in the area had. Parker came out the next day and in my opinion set a professional standard that I didn't know was achievable. He was quick, efficient, and clean. Nobody has time or wants to fix their own water heater, these guys will make it more than bearable.

These guys are amazing they are fair and honest really helped me out of a bind. I travel for work so as luck would have it the day I left was the day the hot water stopped running. My wife looked these guys up and I expected to be making several calls before I found a company I felt comfortable with in my home. I talked to Parker he assured me they were the right guys and would take care of it.
The service was prompt they assessed the issue and provided me serval options to get the hot water running again. The price was fair and surprisingly reasonable considering the position I was in.

They gave such great service it was an easy 5 stars to give. The administrative assistant was very helpful. The plumber Parker was super helpful and friendly also. The price is very fair for everything you get. For one price, they gave me the new water heater, the service to get it installed, and they even took away my old water heater. They also got me on their schedule super fast which is another reason why I gave them 5 stars.

I'm so glad I went with these guys over anyone else! Travis was the best plumber ever! He fixed my hot water heater without skipping a beat! He didn't try to up charge me, he didnt take long and i felt comfortable with him inside my home which was important to me. He helped teach me a lot about my water heater that I didn't know which was awesome too! If you want a good tip make sure you figure out the gallon size, if your water heater is electric or gas and how old it is before calling these guys. It just helps the phone conversation go a lot faster. But mostly because it was me who had a hard time finding it at first . I would def recommend ALL PRO WATER HEATERS!

Fast service and really helpful guys. Travis gave me an in depth description of what was wrong with my water heater after I had sent him some photos. It was nice that he filled me in on with what was wrong and what was happening. He also gave me an estimated price and two different time options for him to come out for the following day.

He did an excellent job repairing the water heater. It works much better and he even turned up the thermostat for me so I could have it even hotter! Will definitely be using him and All Pro Water Heaters again if I ever need it in the future.

I was very happy to have found All Pro Water Heaters. We had an emergency with our water heater not working properly. A technician was able to come out the next day and repairs didn't take long at all. I don't know much about water heaters, but I learned a few new pieces of information that will be useful in the long term. We have been considering upgrading to a tankless water heater, and when that time comes we will be using All Pro Water Heaters for the installation.

Wow this place is amazingly quick and honest. I called saying I needed a new water heater for my place and I was freaking out. The fellow on the phone was super calming, told me how to turn off my water, and he gave me a quote and sent me pictures of what I was getting. The plumber came in time for our appointment and was super professional about installation. I am so happy there are honest people out there. This is such a random thing to need but I love my hot water. Thank you you guys are top notch!
