The owner, Parker and the master plumber and technicians who installed our new water heater were beyond my expectations for service providers. Parker responded to my Saturday call after the gas company advised me I needed either a major part or new heater. I sent photos and was told either option was possible. Given the age of the heater, cost of the part vs a new heater I opted to purchase a new water heater. They worked me into their Monday morning schedule and I now have hot water and a 6 year warranty. Bonus, some of the nicest people I've come in contact with.

My 8 year old Rheem wasn't lighting so I called up All Pro Water Heaters. Parker advised me that my unit was still under warranty and I was able to get the parts mailed out from Rheem for free. Turns out it was the gas valve that needed replacement, so i called and got one shipped out as well. They were able to replace it at a very reasonable price and got me back up and running.

Very honest and reliable company. Will keep them on file for when the unit eventually gives out and needs to be replaced.

It's been cold lately, so you can imagine the sheer terror of having no hot water because our water heater crapped out. In a panic, I searched Yelp trying to find a local, honest, reliable water heater specialist that wasn't going to drain my pockets and came across All Pro Water Heaters. Let's just say.. I am soooooo glad I chose them. Parker was able to pencil me in the next day and the rest is history. Here's a company that lives up to their words on their bio. If I could give All Pro six stars, I would. Absolutely the best customer service I have EVER experienced from a plumbing company. I called Parker around noon on Saturday. His technician Sam was at my home by 3pm. Sam tried to save the old water heater, but it was almost 20 years old and needed to be replaced. He had a new hot water heater with him, which he installed by 5:30pm. So I got a new water heater within 6 hours of my first phone call--and all of this at a very reasonable price. Thank you, All Pro! I highly recommend them!

Really great service. I called on a Tuesday morning. Come out to my backyard to find my water heater leaking from the top. I have no idea what to do. I sent a short video and photos of the problem to these guys and they scheduled me in way faster than a competitor I also called. They were responsive and showed up as scheduled. They came with everything to fix my water heater and was out super quick. I even watched the whole process and the service tech was very helpful with showing me how things work. These guys are super pro, quick and easy with no fuss. Highly recommend.

All Pro Water Heaters have been excellent! Super responsive, positive, communicative, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, honest. Sam came really fast, same day service within minutes! He explained and walked me through all he was doing, gave me useful knowledge and ideas. Excellent communication and customer service. He identified another potential issue for not having hot water. Called water heater company who said same thing as plumber so they shipped me the same part mentioned by the plumber. Parker has been following up with me to make sure I'm on their schedule as soon as the part arrives. He's been arranging their schedule too so they could come same day. Excellent service and company. Highly recommend. Competitive and reasonable pricing too. I'm happy and thankful they've been great!

I really appreciate these guys. Called them in a panic w a badly leaking water heater and they were able to come out that day and replace it. Super helpful, I got a quote over the phone and some help with what to do while I was waiting. Sam came out and did a thorough, careful job. Even tho it was the end of the day and getting dark, he was patient and thorough. They even called after a couple days to make sure all was well. They stand by their work. I highly recommend All Pro. Hopefully I won't need them again any time soon, but will def call if I do.

Parker answered the call promptly and gave a straightforward quote over the phone for my water heater replacement. Sam, who was amazing, was able to come out and do the repair, replacement and haul away within the same day. I had just come back home to a busted old water heater so it was a relief to get such quick turnaround and so smoothly. I contacted ALL PRO because my water heater was not working . Parker was very helpful saved me alot of money compared to other businesses I contacted . Technician was on time and very knowledgeable about his work. Response time and availability was great . Definitely recommend.
