Ryan R.Avoid at all costs - I wish we did! They were the cheapest of the four bids we received for heating/cooling system and installing a tankless hot water system. After numerous delays, arguments, false claims, and a severe lack of communication by their technician, the job was never finished.
Now, we're spending money repairing improperly installed pipes, sealing vents and ductwork. Additionally, they never filed our rebate forms for NIPSCO as they said they would do. Instead, they mailed them to us months after the allotted timeframe from NIPSCO. Thus, we are out an additional $250.
Please see my google review also. This company is an unethical rip off. They claimed they were unable to fix a shower valve leak due to having to order parts so needed to cap pipes instead. Cut the shower stall and cut and capped pipes. Sent quote to repair and replace 32x32 shower stall. 5200.00. Next contractor and plumber both said I had been screwed and had heard numerous stories about this same company. Stay away.

very unprofessional company to work with. I do not recommend at all. Installed a gas line incorrectly, as Amerigas refused to hook up gas service due to the fact the line was not installed correct. When I contacted All Pro Services, I was told they were too busy to come fix and it would be a week before they could get there. I said that was unacceptable, they sent a young man to come repair, When I inquired about if he preformed a pressure test, as Amerigas said needed to be done, he informed me that he was not licensed to do that and had just started with this company.

Sherry H.I have been a member of All Pro Services Comfort Club for several years. This company is dependable, courteous, reliable, honest, and all around great people to work with that get things done. I cannot express in words how happy I am to have found this company. They service my water heater, furnace, and air conditioner every year. They call and give reminder calls when your the yearly check up needs to done. Many companies just install and run and you never hear from them, which has happened to me before finding All Pro Services. Our 20 year old air conditioner went out this year right before the 4th of July which the weather was miserable. I called them the day it went out and they came the same day and said it had to be replaced. This did not come as a surprise to us since it was old. They kept it going for at least 3 years prior to us having to replace it. The air conditioning was installed the following week. They even have a company they go through for financing which we used. ALL PRO SERVICES YOU ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU! Sorry, but my location is Three Oaks, Michigan, not Byron Center as listed by Yelp.
Bob L.came out to give me an estimate, which i never received. called and was told they were busy and would get it tome. 2+ months and no estimate nor any responses to written communication. sad, previously they have done good work
I've never been treated worse by a professional services firm than how I was treated by All Pro today (5/16/19). Made appt. for summer place in Union Pier 3 days in advance and drove 3 hrs. the night before to ensure I was there to meet them in the morning. On scheduled day of service, the plumber had problems with the address, and when I finally flagged him down in the street, he was hostile, aggressive, and abusive. When I'd had enough, I told him to stop barking at me and remember that I was the customer. He was so agitated and unstable, he just yelled to ""go find someone else"" and drove off.
FURIOUS, I phoned the office and explained what happened; the woman on the phone was adequately apologetic and promised to discuss with a manager and get right back to me. Within 20-30 minutes, I received a call that another crew would be at my place within the hour. This happened as planned, and new plumber was actually considerate and professional.
HOWEVER; tried to sell me on a lower quality water heater that was priced 60% higher than a quote from a competing company so I told him, no thanks, please just work on flushing out the clogged pipes, which is what I had originally requested when setting up the appointment. After conferring with his office, he told me he could not do this work as he was not certified on the specific tasks to be done. Again, very upset... I called the office and asked why they sent me someone who couldn't even perform the work I'd requested?? They told me they wouldn't be able to perform the work until almost a week later. And I still had to pay the stupid $69 service fee for which I received: UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, and NO SERVICES PERFORMED WHATSOEVER. I will never use this company and will make sure all of my neighbors are aware of this incident. Completely unexpected and unacceptable.
I had them come out to install a toilet, that was removed for tile work in the bathroom. The service person quoted a price for a new toilet he had on the truck. Since I didn't need a new toilet, i wasn't interested in purchasing of a new one. So, he installed the old toilet at a very steep price and tried to make me feel that I was having him do something wrong with using the existing toilet. I had to have the work down at that time, but I was sure sorry that I called All-Pro. The job was done at an inflated price and the kicker was that it started leaking the next day at the water fitting. I didn't dare call them back...to get charged more for their mistake. Jim M
Caroline P.Scam! Operator day before refused to give me plumber hourly fee or for me to speak with a plumber . She scheduled for next day which was a Saturday for a $49 fee and when they came today the actual plumber told us $460 including $49 fee to install our already owned brand new electric hot water heater which the plumber told us is a 90 minute job! That includes us hauling the old one away by the way which is ok with us. The hourly fee is way too high!! The other scam is she just told me now that the fee is high because some mysterious Saturday overtime fee which she did NOT tell me about Friday when I made appointment and asked her what all fees were and hourly pricing and she refused to give me any pricing . She told me she cannot waive a Saturday fee - unethical as I asked her to give me any fees or pricing info day before and she refused and refused to have plumber call me . Where are the days of a customer speaking with a plumber and not some operator ? In chicago we have plumbers like that! We told them to leave as way too high priced . SCAM business practices.
