First the techs were great and just doing what they are told to do. Was quoted $1570.00 by Bruce to have my leach field cleaned out, jetted, and an enzyme treatment. Before the crew even arrived at my house the tech is telling me that there is a """"digging fee"""" if your tank is more than 12 inches deep. (They did wave this fee) Then they charged me an extra """"pumping"""" fee of $325.00, then an """"excess solids"""" fee of $275.00, (by the way I had my tank pumped last year) then $375.00 to fix a """"baffle"""" in the tank that was probably less than $25.00 in pvc pipe, and finally an """"overage"""" of $150.00! So my $1570 quote turned into $2575!!! I asked the tech what type of enzyme treatment did they use and if I could see the package. I was informed by the tech that they don't do an enzyme treatment just jet the leach field and suck it out. I called the office which requires me blowing up there phone to get them to answer and asked to talk directly with Bruce. I call Bruce directly and you guessed it straight to voicemail every time. About 10 minutes later his tech knocks on my door to let me know they did do the enzyme treatment and it was done by the other guy who is long gone. For some reason I do not believe them but I have no way to prove it. Bottom if you do decide to go with this company get everything in writing first!

This Company I wouldn't recommend to nobody because they all tell lies. They just takes your money and don't fix the problems. Bad customer service. I will give them no stars, 00000 bad company.

My 90 year old aunt needed a new gas hot water heater and was quoted $999 for the job. After the workers finished the installation they told her it would be $3200! My aunt complained to the owner about the discrepancy and he lowered the price to $2200...how generous! This is definitely a case of elder abuse and is disgraceful to take advantage of her the way this company did!

Very unprofessional. They severely damaged a brick structure in my back yard and didn't say anything about it, then when I called them and told them about it they gave me the runaround for six months saying they'd come out and fix it and never did, wouldn't return my phone calls, the owner wouldn't answer my calls, and the receptionist was rude to me on the phone every time we spoke and pretended to not know what I was talking about every time. I finally got in touch with the owner and he says they're not responsible for it because it was an old structure anyway? The whole exchange lacked professionalism and was handled terribly. You'd expect better customer service for a $10,000 job.

Failed to be on time. Took two days to get a simple pumping of septic tank done due to their lack of equipment. When I asked to speak with them personally about my bill and drove to their office, they locked the doors and pretended they had left. What does that tell you?

Overcharged and under performed! Called All Pro because my septic system was backing up into the basement shower stall. I paid $3,275.00 to pump the tank and perform a field line treatment unfortunately, within 24 hours the septic system backed up again. All Pro returned two days later to install a toilet and also used a big machine to unstop the septic line that was serviced only two days earlier. The plumber who unclogged the main line also gave another estimate of 1,400 to fix the line claiming that was causing the backup. A little over a week went by and the system backed up yet again...called All pro to speak with the owner who never returned my call or responded to a certified letter. Fustrated with the amount of money already spent and lack of communcation from All Pro I contacted another plumber who jetted the main line and ultimately fixed the problem. No back up since March 31.

No call no show. Made an appointment for Friday night at 6:00. At 6:45 I called to see where they were and was told that they had a problem at another job. They rescheduled for Saturday after 2:00. At 5:00 I called to see where they were. The office said they would check. They never called and never showed up. Now I have to wait through Sunday and try to find someone else.

Very disappointed after reading the good reviews given by other yelp reviewers. We had agreed on an emergency appointment for yesterday around 7 or 8 am. I had to call for status and repairman did not arrive until after 9. After some discussion we agreed on repair work. $975+ later, I was told backup all clear. Last night while taking a shower water in drain backed up again. Called last night and agreed on return this morning to fix drain. It is now almost 9:30 am and I have had to call twice to get ETA of repairman and still have not seen them. So again today, no bathroom available and more time sitting around waiting on """"All Pro"""" to fix my drain. I will try to follow up on this if/when service is comp. It has just gotten even worse. Two months later I had backup again. Now, after paying this company $6500 to break up my concrete garage floor and dig up my yard the """" service person"""" wants me to spend another $700 to get another plumbing company out with a better machine to clean out more roots near the county line. I spoke with CCWA person who thought these prices excessive and said if the plumber dug up my yard, he should have been able to clean the entire line.

Originally 5-Stars: first they offeredQuick service, even on a busy Friday they worked me into the schedule and spent about 1 1/2 trying to assess the situation. It was a wrong assessment, as it turns out, but we wouldn't know that for a few days. The problem came back immediately, much to our dismay...I will say that the owner offered a swift refund after I called to explain to him that another company came out and completely fixed the recurring blockage/root problem a few days later. Josh the owner seems like a very honest guy and I appreciate their efforts and definitely their integrity regarding his offer of a full refund! -- Always Get 2nd opinions.
