Don't hire them! They are unreliable, don't show up on time and they don't have their own tools. They also do horrible work

armand leone and rachel mellis of all pro residential came to my home and took it apart and simply refused to honor the agreement. my home is a total hazard, and cannot even walk in my front or back door. removed front and back decks and was suppose to replace, and as i stated cannot even walk in front or back door because i have no decks to walk on. was also supposed to replace siding, paint house (remodel) and left home totally exposed to the elements. i bought all the supplies and they are still on the ground. i took off several days of work to accomodate them in every way to insure success and completion of the job, and still have to take off more, not only to clean up their mess, but to get what i originally needed done. they ignore your phone calls, and if they did come it was very late in the day as to perform only a couple hours of work. they just left thinking that this would just fade away. unbelievable! these are the most unprofessional, unethical people i have ever worked with and can't believe they call themselves a business. i am writing this review in hopes that they are not allowed to do this to any other potential customer. this experience has been a total disgrace.

we had a major ordeal at our home with a waterline breaking. armand came out to help us turn off our water at 11pm then came out next day with a bobcat and found the dug up yard where the leak and replaced pipe that was damaged . we have had to repair a waterline at previous address and we have found that Armand must have many years experience because he was able to locate the source almost immediately and repair it so quickly we didn't even have to worry about when we would have running water again. i recommend anyone that has a plumbing issue call All Pro Residential

Armand came out to install water heater. He was very pleasant to have at our home. He was also well educated on water heater repairs and water lines repairs. He gave us a great price and quickly and efficiently installed new water heater and also removed water heater. We will follow up with armand it service out plumbing needs in future.

Scheduled service appointments and cleared my calendar TWiCE! No show; no call. Totally unreliable!. I would not waste valuable time scheduling without knowing if Service tech will show up! The time I lost delayed my home project and cost me more money to schedule replacement tech at the last moment!
