After getting estimates from several other businesses, we decided to go with All Pro Repipes.
An entire house repipe project is a big commitment in terms of preparation, time and cost. Here are the reasons why went with this team:

- Explained the city inspection process. To note, the city inspector came to check the repipe work, then again after the patching work, and commented it was a solid job!
- From the other two businesses who came to provide estimates, they did not mention an inspection, which makes us wonder if these other businesses are not getting their work checked and permitted.
- Provided preparation details and scheduling, returned calls, set expectations, explained the plan for each part of the project.
- Efficient and focused. Completed the entire repipe in one day, scheduled the inspection the following day, then immediately completed the patching.
- Covered everything in the work area with sheets and plastic throughout the house.
- Prompt and on time. The team showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the work as they committed to.

I just had my whole house re-piped in copper and a new water heater installed... I found Christopher, the project manager, very warm and easy to get along with.. He gave me the initial consultation and quote... When I needed things added/changed on the service contract, Julio, the owner, was very nice and accommodating... I got the contract I wanted at a very reasonable price compared to other local competitors. 5 or 6 guys came over and completed the project in one day! Everything was done the way I had asked.. They listen to you and do all they can to keep the customer happy! They changed my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal free of labor charge, and threw in a new hose for my dish washer! They upgraded my shower from a double knob to single handle temp controlled unit. I am pleased with all their work and my new water heater... I had my house repiped by AllPro and I am very pleased with their work and service. They are very responsive! I always worry about companies not following through with their warranty promises, but not this company. Before leaving for vacation, I turned off the main switch and turned on the faucet to make sure no water coming through, but the backup pressure made a super loud clanging sound and so I thought the pipes broke. Upon my return, I called the company and Christopher came to my house in less than 30 minutes! I also want to say that Abril, the office secretary (I think) is super good about returning calls and keeping you informed of the latest. There was no issue with the pipes, the sound came from the backup water that hit the inside of the water tank. They told me to just turn off the main switch next time and turn it back on slowly when I return. Very pleased with their service. This is a good company to work with. That's why I think they got the BBB rating. Thank Allpro!!!!

Well done job. Hard working crew, who overcame some obstacles but kept going and wrapped up the job in the cold rain and darkness. I was also very impressed with the completion of the work post inspection. Did I mention that this was one of the more reasonable price quotes compared to some astronomical ones I received from others? Very happy and fully recommend AllPro Repipes.

We needed a complete repipe for our entire house, and All Pro Repipes did a fantastic job. The entire project was completed in 2 days including the inspector visits. Christopher and his crew are very professional and they made sure we were happy with the results. The office clerk April kept us updated with the estimated timeframes, so that we could plan our days accordingly. Each day,All Pro was right on time as scheduled . We needed a few minor adjustments after our repipe was complete; and Christopher responded right away repairing the minor issues promptly. All Pro Repipe was recommended to us by our neighbor, that had work done by them. I highly recommend All Pro Repipes and we will definitely use them for any future repairs.

Julio is extremely honest and knowledgeable during the estimation process. He gave me a very decent price. Julio told me that the pipes in walls were changed to copper already, when the previous owner remodeled the bathrooms. He is sure that the main water pipe is PVC already, so there is no need to change it.
The other two companies that I asked for quotations didn't mention the copper pipes in wall at all, and also suggested me to change the main pipe to PVC. The final quotations from those two companies are more than double of Julio's estimation. When the two other companies asked me why I didn't choose them, I was so happy telling them that I received an estimation that matched my research and knowledge better!
The re-pipe process went smoothly. Re-pipe was completed within one day. The crew of five came in around 8:30am, and finished re-pipe and the installation of a new water heater around 6:30pm. They cleaned up well and spent some time walking with us to show their work. The next day, city permit inspector inspected and said the team had done a good job. The third day, a team member came for patching. The walls look great after it. The fourth day, the city permit inspector came for the final inspection. The inspection for both re-pipe and water heater installation has passed without an issue.
I feel so lucky that I found All Pro Repipes and have them to work on this project!

Very positive experience hiring Julio's team to repipe my 3-BR, 2-BA townhouse in Sunnyvale. The galvanized piping was 50+ years old and very rusty, so I had very poor water pressure before the repiping, plus risk of a burst pipe. Julio's team replaced all the piping in one day, plus a second morning to patch the walls. They hung plastic sheets everywhere to prevent dust from getting the rest of the house/belongings dirty. Water pressure is fantastic now. They also provided new tub fixtures for the 2 bathrooms, which saved me a lot of trouble since the old fixtures were semi-broken. It cost a little over $8k, which was much less than three other competitive bids. Highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue. Julio and his team has given us a very reasonable quote for repipe and drain replacement project. They sent a large team of people for the project, it was done professionally. Not only that, when we had some minor issues and need to contact them, they honor the warranty and sent people come to fix the issues with no charge. Would highly recommend their serivce.

Best contractors ever! We needed to have our homes pipes replaced as our water was coming out orange and the pipes were very old. We had multiple company's come out to provide quotes. Julio and his team were sent out by Repipe Specialists to replace our homes pipes. They showed up on time the day of the scheduled job, Julio reviewed all of the work that would be done and answered all of my questions. He even added an additional shut of valve to an area of pipes I wanted to keep in our back yard in case they ever break (I use them for watering the garden). They went above and beyond to lay plastic and floor coverings to keep my home clean as possible during the work. They replaced all of the pipes in one day and were very respectful of our home. The following day again they showed up on time, waited for the inspector and patched up all of the areas that had to be opened for the re piping. They did an amazing job with all of the patchwork and again we're extremely respectful of our home. They cleaned up any messes they made and locked up behind themselves. It's like they were never here! It's extremely difficult to find a team this good. I highly recommend All Pro Pipes and am thankful for the work they did.
