Richard the Owner of All pro pools came out to our home to look at the problem and was very sorry. He is coming back next week to take care of the problem at no expense to us. He had sent someone out 2 months ago and the worker never showed up. His work is outstanding and he is a stand up guy. He is doing it himself to make sure it is done right. I know he is not a fly by night company and his work ethic is outstanding. We are very happy that this is being resolved.

I recently renovated my old leaky pool, after several quotes and meetings we contracted All pro pools and pavers. I highly recommend All Pro Pools and Pavers, for their professionalism and follow through. Everything that was promised was completed in the agreed upon timeframe. Richard (owner) was involved at every step of the process to ensure quality and production and code standards were met. This is an industry where many can not be trusted. Needless to say, I will be calling All Pro Pools for my next Paver project.

I would like to take the time to recommend ALL PRO POOL AND PAVERS of continued great service on my pool for 7+ years. I met Richard through a neighbor referral. I was very pleased and satisfied with his work from the beginning , he's very reliable, honest and professional. So when it was time to do my pool and deck renovation I chose his expertise again and very happy with the end result. He has a great concept of water flow (he changed the jets on my pool to flow to circulate the water properly), he has a great design mind for pool designs and remodeling and so does his staff. His staff is very reliable and professional. Richard was in communication the entire process by phone or he would come on site to see how the job was coming along so I had opportunities to ask additional questions. I'm very happy and satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end! Job well done !

Did a complete """"overhaul""""! Pool resurfaced, tile replaced, pump replaced and pavers. Lots of pavers!!! Could not be happier!! Rich did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Service was prompt (on the day after Thanksgiving). Richard thoroughly explained the chemistry of my pool, which for now I have been self-maintaining. I plan to use All Pro for periodic maintenance and before next swimming season for some structural issues which were identified.

04/16/2014 I called All Pro Pools, Inc. inquiring of their pool deck services. Approximately one hour later, Richard showed up at my door step to inspect my pool and deck. After taking numerous measurements, he fully explained my options and informed me a full written estimate outlining my choice would be delivered (via email) within a day. I received the invoice, as projected, and found the price and time frame well within my expectations. The All Pro Pools employees were found to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and especially well-mannered. They explained the entire process of the refurbishment of my pool deck and what to expect on a day to day basis. As the job progressed, the employees made good on their work-schedule predictions. One item I found particularly refreshing and a credit to the perfectionism of the employees, rain threatened one day where the employees conveyed a dilution concern of the product they recommended for the deck. They decided to postpone the application until the threat had diminished . . . a true testament to their professionalism and the dedication to their craftsmanship. Upon completion of the job, Richard personally responded and inspected the work and inquired to any possible flaw I may have detected and wanted redone. As I inspected the area along with Richard, I found all work done to my delight. The entire experience dealing with All Pro Pools was atypical for a South Florida company. I highly recommend All Pro Pools and would not hesitate working with them again in any future pool-related endeavors.
