Second experience was a failure. Jeremy came out for estimate finally after missing the first appointment. Fair enough. Gave me an estimate. I gave him coffee. We agreed to set an install date. That was last word I heard until today when he apologized for losing my message. Ok but too late.

My first experience with Jeromy was good with a rental house we own.
However, recently we had a problem created by painters who washed plaster down our drain, it dried, and then stopped it up. Jeromy started the job and found the plaster, then ghosted us. I had to get another company out to do the job, and he charged less than Jeromy's lowest estimate, came on time, and finished the job in one day. For us, it was a blessing in disguise because it was less expensive and completed in one day, but it was a headache having to wait to use much water for our family of 6. Would not recommend Jeromy due to inconsistent response and work.

Thanks for coming out this afternoon and detecting the gas leak we had. This company was very professional showed up on time and didn't try to up sell and had a lot of good advise and explained everything well to understand what was going on. Thanks Jeromy for providing great service and dropping what you were doing to come to the house on a Saturday. I highly recommend this company.

No service with these people. But got employees road raging in company vechiles or advertising the name. Got three lanes turning into two and I got my signal light going and turn into the next lane and the vechile wants to speed up and continually has his horn going and tail gating, then get off his vechile to exchange words? "Very professional".So what kind of service do you guys run? You got your guys doing this out on the road, if I ever come across this name again it will never be recommended to anyone!!

Very disappointing and very unprofessional experience with this "company." After blowing off our first appointment, the owner Jeremy shows up with two helpers to diagnose my dishwasher backing up. Like the other reviewer, he tells me it's going to be $225 to diagnose the problem, plus a $95 after hour fee. Okay. Whatever. I told you over the phone this is a minor issue, not sure why you need three guys on this job. They use a compressor to blow out the drain line and push the debris into the backed up dishwasher and promptly blow off the drain line on the bottom of the dishwasher and dump gallons of backwash all over my kitchen. After about 30 minutes of diagnosing, they decide the backup is coming from the trap being filled with coffee grounds. They get that emptied and then run a test cycle on the dishwasher, it drains, and they declare the matter fixed. Since the whole thing only took 45 minutes, they "cut me a deal" for $290 and are on their way. Before bed, I load up the dishwasher and start the cycle. The next morning, of course, the dishwasher is yet again filled up with water. I call Jeremy the next morning, he apologizes and says he'll come out that evening and get it fixed right. No show. No call. No longer answers my phone calls. Cashes my $290 check. That's how All Pro Plumbing rolls.

Bathroom leak gone bad!!
They showed up on time, told me to diagnose the problem it would be $225. They poked 3 holes in 3 different rooms to stick their camera in the wall to find leaks. They were there for an hour. I asked if they were going to repair the 3 holes, they told me I have to hire a drywall guy to repair the holes (another $200). The found no leaks and still charged full price. I called and asked for a better price since the business card does say "free estimates". I was told "it is unfortunate, but that is our diagnostic price." These guys were not professional and smelled like smoke. I asked the owner Jeromy about the smell, he said he has been smoking for 15 years and normally puts cologne on to cover up the smell. Thanks! Now I have paid $225 to a plumber to poke 3 holes in my ceilings, still no leak fixed, and now I have to pay a drywall person to come repair the plumbers holes. If you are looking for a plumber, look elsewhere.
