We had him come do some repairs on Sunday Nov 3rd. Shortly after he left on that day, I messaged him that he problem was not resolved. He agreed to come back on Monday, Nov 4th at 4pm, but he no showed. In a follow-up text that day he stated ""I warranty my work you will have no more further charge!"" Since that day he has not responded to almost daily calls and texts. He did respond a couple of days ago and he stated he would be here Nov 15th, but he no showed.
