We had a leak under grandmas kitchen sink, she has been in the home 40 years and never updated the plumbing. My grandma stresses about everything and was close to tears just thinking about finding a plumber because she has always had issues with work done in the past. We called All Pro based in the reviews here on yelp and it was the best decision ever made. The guy showed up on time and finished the work in about twenty minutes and charged a very reasonable fee. My grandma said he was a wonderful and respectful man. We will only be calling All Pro in the future, no company has made my grandma feel so comfortable and I truly thank them for that.

After my debacle on 12/21/13 the owner got wind of it and called me immediately. He was beyond apologetic and asked if there was anyway he could be make the situation better. After a long phone call with him I told him I would think about it and call him back. A few days later he followed up again and offered to come at any day or time to rmake up for the previous appointment. I felt that he was really sincere and wanted to make it up to me so I decided to give him my business. He agreed to send someone out on 12/29 and the person (Art) was punctual, super friendly and very knowledgeable. He was in and out in no time and completely cleaned up after himself.

Although we got off to a rough start, I really appreciate the owner going above and beyond to fix the situation. You can tell he really cares and appreciates his customers!

Yelp came through again. Art from All Pro saved the day. Had a clogged drain, he and his apprentice came and walked me through their thought process. Called before they came to check if it was okay that they were early. Dispatcher was upfront with cost and very pleasant. Professional, quick, thorough. Even gave recommendation for excavation work. Would recommend.

They deserve their 5 star rating. Incredibly helpful, taught me quite a bit, ended up not charging for 20 min visit and not doing the job I originally wanted to be done - they talked me out of paying them for something they didn't think was necessary (but I was totally willing to pay for)!

They were able to give me a detailed estimate on a future project right on the spot, clearly are real pro's at what they do. Of course these guys enjoy fixing what's wrong - they take pride in it - but unlike other plumbers, they were not at all eager to fix things that weren't necessarily broken or could be more cost effectively done at a later date, had no interest in doing work for the sake of pay. Very trustworthy, can't say anything about other local plumbers but it couldn't possibly be better than these guys, unless they were plumbing angels that would replumb my house for free.

If you're looking for professional immediate help, this is the company to contact. The main pipe broke while we were gone, & Kaleo helped us decide what we needed. It required an excavator & manual diggers but the work was done to our satisfaction. The new pipe will undoubtedly outlive us.

Bad customer service. Pushed back an appointment three days appointment due to them not calling early enough in the day to set up a time where we could be home for service. Then, finally came out and left the house because there were dogs at the house (we're busy and WORK!)- but no one, neither Office staff nor Plumber informed us at any time in the transaction that our dogs needed to be in a secure area; so they left again. All Pro then tried to reschedule, we'll find a different plumber, and at the very least AllPro, start informing people of your expectations before cancelling and rescheduling so much.

They were very quick. The young man came to my house was very courteous and professional. They told me that he was going to be at my place between 3pm and 5pm, and he showed up at 3:30pm. He got the job done in less than 10 minutes, and spend another 5 minutes to make sure that his service worked. I'd call this service again. The only complain I have about this company is that they are not very good at responding to emails, so give them a call rather than emailing them and expect a

Ethical plumbers! I called All Pro based on Yelp reviews to evaluate a water hammer problem from our toilets. Delton found out that it was loose pex pipe behind the shower, but we did not have to do anything, the pipes were not being damaged at all. Only charged $85 for the house visit. I would use them again (hopefully not for a long time!)
