I had to write because their plumber, Kaleo, was so great at diagnosing and fixing our water heater/recirculation system. He was quick to figure out our 'state of the art' low energy system made by a company that 's no longer in business; he fashioned new parts and it's working better than ever. He also he checked the water heater tank and found it full of sediment and drained it at no addl. charge. They came out the same day I called, which was a great relief.
He's my new go-to guy and the office staff was great too. Plus he's got a great sense of humor. Five + stars for Kaleo and All Pro

After doing two bathroom remodel jobs, we were quite excited to use our brand new shower. Trying out the shower for the first time we found a huge leak. Not having used a plumber before in portland I went to yelp. I am glad I did!! Service was GREAT and they were here in less than three hours. So the leak is now fixed and we get to enjoy our wonderful shower now. I will definitely use them again!!

Called at 7:30pm and someone answered! Booked me for the next morning. Mel was happy to explain what he was doing when I got curious. When we were done, he asked me how I found them (Yelp) and gave me the Yelper's discount ($10). I know enough about calling plumbers to know that I should ask about fees up front. They told me it would be $45 visit plus $95/hr, so no surprises there. That's about what the other guys charge.

We just moved into a new place and inherited a few little plumbing issues. Leaky faucet, slow drain on tub and no cold water in wash machine. I called APPS and there was a plumber here within a few hours of my initial call. He quickly looked at all the issues, described what he thought was wrong and then addressed them one by one. Super knowledgeable and communicative guy- easy to understand. He worked fast, getting in and out in a short time.

The water supply on our older house was also a little rusty from all the old galvanized pipe. After settling up for job, a very fair price, I asked for and he gave me an estimate to replace the rusty supply lines. I need to save a bit and get a few other estimates before I pull the trigger, but great to have the free estimate. Also a very fair price.

Super happy with the experience. Called at 9am and everything done by noon.

Our water main broke just at 4:30pm. The city turned off our water quickly, but by the time I got to calling plumbing services all were closed. I resorted to contacting online at the websites. All Pro was the only service that actually called back that evening! and they sent someone by 10am the next day (all other services called back in the morning and could not send anyone until late that afternoon).

Art showed up at 10 and lined out exactly what was needed to get the line repaired. From calling the utilities to get the gas, water and electric lines marked to staying late to finish the repair, he handled everything very professionally. The bill was appropriate for the work and time, and I really appreciate his dedication to get our water turned on by the evening. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs.

I can't speak to their plumbing abilities because they stood me up.I made the appointment yesterday for today's service. They were supposed to be here between 2 and 4pm. When they had not show up by 4, I called. They lost the record of the appointment. Since today was the only day to get this done for me in the next 2 weeks they put me in a real bind. Not very ""pro"".

Fixed the leaking bathroom sink in 5 minutes = Yay, I'm a fan (5 stars)
Failed to tell me they tack on a $45 driving fee on top of the quoted $95/hr fee = Seriously? I'm irritated and feel ripped off. (0 stars)

I got the yelper's discount (so only $85 for the 5 minute fix), and the service man was quite friendly. But I won't use them again based on the hidden fee. When I called to ask about it, I was told if I had asked, they would have told me. Hmmm...perhaps All Pro should PROACTIVELY tell customers of that hefty extra charge? I gave them the feedback and am now warning others. If you're ok with that fee, then go for it.

My husband and I have known about our plumbing problem for several months now, hoping that one day it would fix itself. Eventually using the shower or sinks became a comical joke and we could no longer ignore our plumbing problem. All Pro was the 3rd outfit that came out to provide us with a quote for the repiping of our entire house. Mel's honest approach was so different from the other 2 outfits that we invited to bid out our project.

Here's the thing, home repairs are not fun, finding a contractor can be hit or miss. But you no longer need to waste your time searching for the best plumbing contractor. **These are the guys for any plumbing project**

- They stuck to their timeline on the project, and showed up each day on time.
- Mel was always friendly and willing to answer any questions and ensure we were not without water each night.

Our main water line broke in the middle of the night recently. Once I got the water turned off at the curb and could breathe, I did some research and found a whole lot of favorable reviews fro All Pro Plumbing. So I decided to call them. They fit me in to an already full day, since we were without water. The plumber they sent was a pro and he took control of the situation. Was able to get us water and laid out the options for fixing the broken line. Two days later, the line was fixed. A second line was installed for the sprinkler system (previously, one line serviced both) and we were better than new. The whole process was painless. It was one of the most professional service jobs I've ever experienced in 25 years of home ownership. Highly recommend.
