Thought these guys were awesome! Thought we had a pipe leak and called 4 other companies including these guys. All were 2 to 3 weeks out before they could come. All Pro came the next day after squeezing us in. Delton was there for about an hour. Thoroughly tested possibilities for the leak and couldn't find anything. We all decided it was condensation. We did find another project for the near future but when he was done, I asked how much we owed and he said. No charge for today! We will be calling All Pro for our next project.

Called last month to get service on a water heater that we were having issues with on a Thursday, the individual on the phone informed us that they only have emergency services that day but could schedule for someone to come out the next morning around 8:30am to 9:30am and they would be call on the way to our location. Friday morning around 9:15am I called the check status to see if they had a technician in route to our address. The same individual that made our initial appointment informed us that she made a mistake and scheduled our appointment for following Monday. Then she informed us nothing can be done and will be no technician would available that day. After rearranging my morning schedule I called a another company who was not only was able to walk me through diagnosing the problem over the phone but helped us solved the problem over the phone as well for no charge. I understand people make scheduling errors but the make a scheduling error for an appointment for the very next morning and be informed that nothing can be done after I called was very aggravating.

I chose All Pro based on Yelp reviews after one other plumber didn't call back and another wasn't available. I had a water heater replacement scheduled as it wasn't an emergency, but had an old one well past life expectancy. My only complaint is that I was given a two hour timeframe and when I called to find out, they had it down a bit later. So an hour and half after the end of my window, the guys came. (They did call me while I was on the phone with main office). It only took 45 min to replace everything and they were super careful to not make any mess. Very friendly and answered any questions I had. Based on this experience, I would recommend these guys.
Big plus for being veteran friendly business too.

I have used All Pro Plumbing twice. Once for an emergency and they arrived quickly and resolved the problem in a snap. The second time, they were delayed by a previous job, but at least they called to warn us of the delay. The second time included a repair of broken pipe. They did a good job both times. I would recommend to anyone.

We hated the idea of finding a plumber, but we used yelp and went with All Pro Plumbing. Prompt, courteous and a job well done at a reasonable price. Our house was built in 1947, I'm sure there will be more plumbing needs popping up. I'm sure we'll use them again when the need arises.

My husband and I manage apartments and it is always hard to find a good vendor. We were really glad we called True Blue Plumbing. I highly recommend this company. Twice we were in a bind with an overflowing toilet and another time with shower that had a broken pipe. Both times, we were not only given great and thorough service in a timely manner, but for a very reasonable price too. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy and gets the job done fast for a good price, give them a call.

I need a gas line for my dryer installed ASAP. All Pro Plumbing made me a next day appt., but when I called the next morning (day of appt) to find out if they had an eta they told me they were sorry but I was out of their service area. Why wouldn't they tell me this when I made the appt & still had time to get someone else out before the weekend? So it was a mistake- but then for me to be the one to call them (wasn't early- around 10:30) while I was thinking they would be arriving any minute, instead of them calling me to let me know there was a mistake- that's just very bad business. At that point they needed to make an exception & drive the extra 5 miles to my house. They are incredibly unprofessional.

All the good reviews helped me call this company and I was not disappointed.
I was able to get a non-critical service call scheduled a day out and friendly Delton showed up with his partner and they were fast and friendly. My plumbing issue solved. I'll call these guys again if i need to. I got a small discount but four stars because I was told a different 'visit charge' over the phone then what I was charged.

We had a leak under grandmas kitchen sink, she has been in the home 40 years and never updated the plumbing. My grandma stresses about everything and was close to tears just thinking about finding a plumber because she has always had issues with work done in the past. We called All Pro based in the reviews here on yelp and it was the best decision ever made. The guy showed up on time and finished the work in about twenty minutes and charged a very reasonable fee. My grandma said he was a wonderful and respectful man. We will only be calling All Pro in the future, no company has made my grandma feel so comfortable and I truly thank them for that.

After my debacle on 12/21/13 the owner got wind of it and called me immediately. He was beyond apologetic and asked if there was anyway he could be make the situation better. After a long phone call with him I told him I would think about it and call him back. A few days later he followed up again and offered to come at any day or time to rmake up for the previous appointment. I felt that he was really sincere and wanted to make it up to me so I decided to give him my business. He agreed to send someone out on 12/29 and the person (Art) was punctual, super friendly and very knowledgeable. He was in and out in no time and completely cleaned up after himself.

Although we got off to a rough start, I really appreciate the owner going above and beyond to fix the situation. You can tell he really cares and appreciates his customers!
