Terrible terrible company. They came out at a desperate time and scoped our sewer line saying there was a clog and they would replace the pipe where it needed replacing. They cut out a portion of our driveway and replaced a section of pipe. Then found that there was another clog and said that it was beyond their capabilities and handed us the business card of another company that could finish it. They also gave us an invoice for $4,200, after we had already paid them $714.00. The company they referred us to was a total scam as I believe AllPro was as well. AllPro didn't get a permit nor did the other company but when we decided we needed a second opinion, the reputable plumber who came out, called the city inspector who came out and said the work done by AllPro had to be torn out as it would never pass inspection. They refused to give us a refund. The inspector said not only was the pipe insufficient, it wasn't done right and instead of piece-mealing, it should be laid with one continuous pipe, which is what the reputable plumber did and added two clean-outs. AllPro said that they would come out and redo what their first technician had done. First of all, they used the wrong material. Why would we have them come out and do it wrong again only using different material. It was 25 feet of pipe. For tearing out what the two other plumbers did and doing it right, the good plumbers only charged us $4500. I should mention that AllPro offered a 10% refund. What a joke!
In conclusion, Seniors beware! They scammed us and they will scam you too! Run as fast as you can away from this company.

Stunningly over priced. $850 to replace a standard Delta shower valve cartage that takes a matter of minutes to replace! They refused to offer any sort of pricing info over the phone so we agreed to the $49 trip charge to have them come out to quote/replace a leaky shower valve cartage. The rep quoted our team $850. Shocked our team asked how long it takes to do the job and the rep said under an hour. We work with plumbers often for our many apartments we manage around Seattle and this is completely unreasonable. After we declined the service the rep called back and offered us an extra 5% off. We declined again. It felt like a bit of a used car salesman approach. Our handyman who recently retired used to change these cartages in 10 minutes and charged us about $45.

Expected a fair reliable plumber after glowing recommendations from someone who had them do extensive plumbing for them. A pipe burst in the freeze so I had no water and they came within 48 hours. The work was completed and pipe fixed in about 3 hours. The price was a bit higher than expected, and the repair was done right.

Last Saturday I woke up to no running water - the pipes were frozen. I looked through my stack of business cards and found a plumber who had done work for me before. He wasn't in the business anymore, but called All Pro for me. They called back and told me they could come on Monday morning. They were so busy with frozen and burst pipes that by the end of the day, they put me on standby. But they gave me advice such as opening the faucets, turning up the heat and turning off the water at the source. They checked in often to see how I was doing. When I woke up Wednesday morning, I had running water. Amazingly, the pipes had stayed intact.
I will call them next time I have plumbing problems. I was so impressed with their service over the phone and patience with my dumb questions.

I needed a new water heater not because mine was broken but because it's 25 years old and I have a bunch of relatives coming to stay for Xmas. I didn't want to play the odds since water heaters traditionally last 10-12 years.
I found All Pro on Home Advisors and his reviews were excellent and many. I called on Monday and set it up for Wednesday. He arrived on time was very professional and friendly. His price was less than half what the named water heater people quoted and it was the exact same water heater. It only took him 3 hours and saved me $1000. I can't say enough about Noel, the owner.
