I had a leak in the crawlspace that my plumbing skills were no match for. I called and talked to Kim. The techs came the same day and had it fixed in about 2 hours! They were very professional and explained in detail what I needed done.
And about 3 weeks later all my toilets were clogged and 2 techs came within 45 minutes and had them running in about 30 minutes!
After my experience with All-Pro, I will be a lifelong customer.

I am new to the area and haven't dealt with Indiana weather in ages. Called yesterday with the age old problem - frozen pipes. Spoke with Kim, she was very personable and polite. She stated they would have someone out that day and call when techs were on the way. The techs came within a few hours. Not only were they fast - had water within 20ish minutes - very professional, answered all my questions and gave me the advice I needed to prevent this again. Most importantly, they took the time to explain and were non judgmental. Thank you so much! I will definitely call your company again if I need service.

Was in a pinch with a small but sudden leak while installing a new washer. I called 4 different plumbing companies and All-Pro was the only one that genuinely seemed to understand and care about my predicament and make a sincere effort to get someone out to help as fast as humanly possible. I didn't catch the name of the woman I spoke too but she does a fantastic job. Great customer service is one of the most important aspects of a business and All-Pro Plumbing has all-pro customer service!

All-Pro showed up at my house on time and very professionally. From the very beginning they called when they were on their way to my house and arrived in uniforms that were clean and wore boot covers inside to keep from tracking dirt on the carpet. From the moment they arrived, the employees made me feel so comfortable, explained what needed to be done and were so respectful which, as a woman at home by myself, was really great. My hot water heater needed to be replaced and everything went smoothly and they fixed the problem and they even left a little bag of popcorn when they left! The price was exactly what was quoted (they price by the job, not by the hour so I knew straight away what I'd be paying) and of all the companies I've used in the area, they are by far the best. There aren't enough good things to say about this company and I'll definitely be going back!

I'm very thankful to find an honest, professional plumber! They have done work a few times for us. Their written quotes are a little higher than what I'd like, but it is a small price difference from other plumbers in the area and they do the work well...and it's even guaranteed! They'll arrive quickly if there is an emergency - like when water was spewing across my garage and the shut-off didn't stop it. Turns out, it had to be shut-off at the street and the previous pluming was done all wrong...so that definitely needed to be replaced.

As a woman, I was absolutely comfortable letting them work in my home. The employees were just as respectful to my husband (on the first project) as they were when I was just home (on the second project). It's nice to find an honest contractor who really cares about his work and makes sure it is done right!

As a military wife caring for the family and home, life can be very challenging. Little problems are somehow viewed as complete disasters when you have a husband in a foreign war-ridden country. When we had a leak (in a wall, nonetheless), I thought it was truly the end of the world. I grabbed the number of the first plumbing company that came up (All-Pro) on my Google search...I am so glad it was All-Pro.

Kim was so reassuring and informative on the phone. She had someone dispatched to our home and the problem was identified and fixed before I knew it!

I was impressed with the plumbers' professionalism (they even gave us proof of their licenses and insurance)! The plumbers were well groomed and they didn't mind the millions of fears and questions about the whole process that I had.

I know it was a fluke that I called them first, but now they are definitely my go-to plumbers and also my go-to people if I need a referral suggestion for any other type of home maintenance that we have (which happens a lot)! They know the best businesses in town to trust!

I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs!
