Contacted All Pro regarding a kitchen sink that was not draining. Matt came out and was courteous, reliable, and thorough. As the job progressed from what we hoped was a simple rodding to a clean out installation, he remained thoughtful in his process by informing me each step of the way. Ultimately got the pipes squeaky clean and left minimal mess! Appreciate his work!!

We hired All Pro in 2022 to replace a damaged section of sewer pipe. The buried pipe had shifted over time and developed a ""belly"" - a length of the pipe ran uphill, and a bottom section became cracked.

They sawed through the floor, removed the bad sections, and installed the replacement pipe. They explained what was going on along the way and communicated well.

Everyone was very friendly, polite, and professional. They did a quality job at a good price.

I would give these people a -0 if I could. I called for a leaking bathtub on our second floor that was leaking into our hall closet and our downstairs hallway. They came very promptly and looked at the ceiling of our drippy closet. Told me it needed a replacement for a drain pipe from the tub. He gave me a quote of $2500. That sounded too high to me and I told him so. My husband came over and looked at what they were showing me and I suddenly got a senior discount to $2200. it still sounded too high to me and now it was a flat $2000 for cash. I said still too high. Bob said get other quotes and get back to them. I called 2 or 3 more and found Pittman Plumbing who came and gave me a free quote of about half what these bums wanted. I gave Pittman the job and they did a great job. All Pro may be good at plumbing but I think they were trying to scam me because I am an elderly female person and they think I'm gullible. I just got a creepy feeling from them. Caveat emptor.

Bob and his crew are way past professional. I called Bob late Sunday afternoon about a plumbing issue with my basement drain and he had his guys at my residence Monday morning and had the job completed the same day. Very reasonably priced,prompt and don't try to sandbag you for all your money. I knew nothing about what was going on and Bob broke everything down in detail so that I understood and he charged me thousands less than rotor rooter. I definitely recommend Bob and his crew

These guys are super great and awesome. I had 3 inches of water in my basement. He came over, discovered it was just the button on my sump pump outlet was pushed out. Pushed it back in everything worked fine. Took 2 seconds, he didn't even charge me. One of the rare honest good plumbers.

I don't know why Yelp is saying Allpro is closed because I was just serviced by them today. As a matter of fact they just handed me my receipt complete with company name and address and left 5 minutes ago. Anyway, here is my story.

We called last week about our commode because it was not letting the water go down. They came out and discovered that I had accidently threw a replacement kurieg cup in the toilet and it had stuck. All 4 men; son, husband, including the plumbers have banned me from my Kuerig. (Yeah right; it was a 125.00 mistake not a life sentence) .
In the process of fixing the toilet however, one of the gentlemen accidently broke the lid. I didn't know. I paid them. As I was handing them the money, they lead plumber told me of the accident and it was their duty to make me whole. They were very professional calling me keeping me updated. They finally came out again and explained that they still couldn't find a lid to replace mine, but would I mind them replacing the whole unit? That was integrity. They brought out the taller toilet which we previously had), and the toilet was better quality. I know because we put the previous one in. They didn't try to charge me one red dime. Also if they apologized one more time for the lid..... let's just say I finally understand why my husband gets at me for apologizing more than 2x.
They were kind, sweet, hard working and filled with integrity. I didn't have to beg and plead for them to come out like I did with big named Sears who had me hanging for a month. I tell you, I will hire them for our next home should the need arise

Always get the 3 quotes your father said. I called them for a $99 special that was advertised. It was to rod out my sewer line. He said I had tree roots in my line and that they would have to open my floor to replace the pipe. $1800. I said 'That's a lot' He said ""we can do it for $1600

. I called Able Sewer and Plumbing and they put the camera in and said all they need to do, is rod it. NO ROOTS WERE FOUND. If I would have trusted All Pro, I would be out of a lot of money and inconvenience.
