They did not show up with masks. They charged us three and a half times what the item cost for installation, which took all of 15 minutes for each item. Here minimum of a half hour. Really feel it was a huge rip off. Two items cost $25 each and their fee was $175. We're seniors and feel like we were really taken advantage of. Can't recommend them at all because of it.

Thank you for the great service in replacing outside faucet. The two gentlemen who came are totally professional explaining what needed to be done, cleaned up afterwards and extremely polite. Also wore masks the entire time. Thank you.

Called on a Tuesday for an appointment Thursday. My 10-12 timeframe came and went. Left a message at 12:15 to ask for a status update. Nothing. Called at 1:15 and was told he would come ""shortly"". Called at 2 and was told I was next and he would be there within the hour. Called at 3:40 and was told he was on the way. He finally showed up at 4:10. After waiting all day, I had the ""pleasure"" of paying $160 for a 15 minute visit. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CALL AND ADVISE HE WAS RUNNING LATE. I understand emergencies happen. But instead I had the ""joy"" of not being able to start anything because I sat and waited FOR SIX HOURS.

All lies!!
I did send picture.
I did give $50 but not enough for absolutely no work done!
I explained from the start I was out of work.
I called at 7pm not 9pm.
Cops have never been called to my home for any such problems EVER!

And as an FYI...I paid in full $773 to US waterproofing before they did the work ...awesome company!! Free estimates!

I gave 1 star because the young man that did our work was polite. We were so overcharged for a simple faucet replacement! Our bathtub faucet was leaking. This was replaced, we were supposed to get a quote from the owner to replace tiles and complete plumbing overhaul. The faucet started leaking worse so we called another company to fix the problem and we're still waiting on the quote. Don't bother-the work was done correctly by another company for less than half of what we paid for a simple faucet replacement!!

Made an appointment with All Pro Plumbing of McHenry on July 15th for them to come out on the 16th to install a water heater. Not only did they not show up, they didn't even call to say they weren't going to. Rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the 10AM to Noon window they gave me. Someone else is getting that business.

I was out of town last week and our Son was watching our house. Our ejector pump went out and I called them at 9:00 Saturday night. They answered on the first ring! Said they could have someone Sunday afternoon. They showed up and replaced the pump. When I got home everything was cleaned up from the repair.
I was given their name by loud HVAC in McHenry and I would recommend both of them!

Glad i found these guys. I called at 7AM and was given a window between noon and 2. They showed up at 12:30 - professional and very nice. Fixed our disposal and price was very reasonable. Will def call again to fix any problems ...
