had a water softener go out, had two separate estimates from them both were with them providing a new softene, prices were $1600/ $960, i went an bought the softener myself and asked for a quote for labor only and they wanted $1300 for a job which took 45 minutes. one of the most unethical companies i believe

First of all Service with a Smile Ryan and Aiden, my technitions were AMAZING, friendly, professional, and got the job done, all with a very reasonable price. I had called (UNFORTUNATELY) IRON MOUNTAIN PLUMBING because it was a family owned business like ALL PRO. Iron Mountain charged me $96. To come out and quoted me $616 to install a kitchen faucet?? Really ....were they planning on using gold parts to put it in?? All Pro was 400 less with no service fee. PLEASE, consider using AA PRO for all your household needs- you won't be disappointed.

We called to get some difficult connections made for a remodel. Devin came early the very next day. He was professional and creative in solving problems with broken drainage and lack of available parts when he returned to take care of an oversight after hours. He was wonderful about returning and doing the extra work that same day. He went and got a workable part and completed the job. A little pricey, but no extra charges for coming back!

A part on my HVAC went out over the weekend leaving me cold. My BIL suggested All Pro, gave them a call and Tyler came out the same day, diagnosed the issue and let me know that there are no parts stores open but he would be back the following Monday to fix the problem. Tyler is very courteous, educates you on the problem and was able to fix the problem within an hour once he had the part. The only thing I can't speak to is cost as I have nothing to compare it to, however I would recommend All Pro based on my experience.

For the second time in 3 months, they quickly found and fixed plumbing leaks. These were much smaller, but just as quickly and efficiently repaired. Jeff helped me this time, and was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. Will call them again for any of their services.
BTW, their customer care/support/calls/texts/email is first class.

We answered an ad for a water heater inspection, $49. On the phone we were asked if we would also like a furnace and A/C inspection for an additional $30 each. Sure! So we scheduled the appointment. Summary: the services were excellent, the scheduling was terrible. Tyler and Jeff, our two techs, were everything mentioned in the previous two ratings. Thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Both gave us good advice on what we should and shouldn't do to maintain our equipment. Five stars for each of them. But their dispatcher didn't tell us that we would NOT get the 3 inspections at the same time. We were expecting ""one and done."" Turns out, we'd have to do THREE different inspections, at different times. Not a good use of our time. And we gave explicit instructions about when we would be around, and then they would schedule sometime to come, WHEN WE WEREN'T THERE. Once they also had to cancel at the last minute. Once we scheduled and they called again to schedule, not recognizing that we were already scheduled. Apparently they have separate dispatchers for Plumbing and HVAC, and it appeared that they weren't talking with each other. It was about the worst scheduling experience I've ever had. This is why I can't give them any more than three stars. And sorry to be so harsh; maybe they normally have their act together. But this was my experience.

A gentleman by the name of Jeffrey came and serviced my water heater. He was extremely polite, informative, and wasn't too pushy, He appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about the overall good health of my plumbing all around. He even made some recommendations for me so that i wont be in plumbing despair again. This company is being represented excellently by this employee. He deserves a raise!!!!

Tyler McEwen was our service technician and we felt extremely confident in his knowledge of service. He was very thorough, very professional and Courteous, he supplied his own protective footwear- ( which We appreciated since we have white floors.)
He spent quit a long time in our home to make sure our plumbing, heating and air conditioner was working great. He even Tightened our toilet because it was a little wiggly ( which I didn't notice) .
He was so kind & professional I asked for a card for my elderly parents that live in cedar city, utah. I'm confident and trust him to be of service to them.
If you need to call All Pro definitely ask for Tyler..
