What a fantastic experience! I called around 10:00 am and although Daisy who took my call stated that they were pretty booked for the next two days, she advised that she would call ""her guys"". The issue was that my 83-year-old mother's air conditioner stopped working yesterday (of course in the middle of a heat advisory). Daisy called me back in just over 30-minutes and advised that they could have someone out between 12:30 - 1:00 pm (or maybe even earlier). The technician (Victor) who handled the issue called me afterwards to report what he did and that the unit was now cooling. I called him back and he explained what he did and advised that if it stopped again to call them as the compressor would then need to be replaced. I thanked him profusely because I felt like they had given my mother's needs priority. I originally called them because a co-worker had used them several times and recommended them. What a great recommendation. I'll use them again if I have any needs, either for my home or my mom's home, and I'd recommend them to anyone who asks. Admittedly, I did not have a choice in hiring All Pro as my landlord dealt with the ""business"" side of things, but I am happy that she picked a reputable company to service my hot water heater.

Having no hot water can really be a pain in your side (why is it that all the sudden all I wanted to do was shower?), and I was thankful that All Pro was able to solve that problem within a day. They were prompt and did a quick and thorough job. They were even available over the phone for some questions I had and checked in later that evening to make sure everything was working ok.

Very disappointed! On August 30, I had All Pro Plumbing inspect a possible leak in my home and the plumber who came checked my home for about 35 minutes and didn't find the leak. He left and I received a bill for $150! For what?! Not finding the leak! I discovered it the next morning.

Thank you David for your diligence in discovering the wiring problem with our AC unit. He did enough steps to cover a marathon today up and down the ladder, inside to outside, repeated many many times! He diagnosed for nearly two hours to pinpoint where the exact problem was avoiding the cost of a new circuitboard.
