Worst company I have ever dealt with. Insanely expensive for the work, difficulty arriving on time and not prepared with the right materials to make repairs.

I paid their tech Joey $357.36 cash for work done. He kept the money and said I didn't pay!!!!! I had to pay again because they said Joey said I didn't pay!!!! What a rip off company!!! Do not use them.

They charged me 2,600 for 3 hours of work after missing appointments and getting messages they were coming but actually never was coming and I went all weekend with a leak before they showed up. I will finish the job myself, I can't afford 850 an hour. There is no plumber on this earth worth 850 an hour.

Update: After several hurdles, my utility sink is finally installed completely. The frustrations previously noted can't be erased. What was most frustrating was the fact that I've used All Pro Plumbing on several previous occasions over the past few years and had no problems. Grant (the plumber throughout the job) has been very understanding and either addressed directly, or listened attentively to, why what took place over the past few weeks caused my frustration, and I appreciate that. As a result, I feel confident that I can continue to utilize All Pro Plumbing and just """"chalk"""" this up as an unfortunate experience.

I have never been so disappointed in a commercial plumber in my entire career. ALL Pro has not been able to meet our schedule or perform in a professional manner since the beginning of the job. Management has blown us off several times when we needed them most. We have been lied to and put in a situation with other trades more than once. I do not recommend them for anything.

I am a senior and just had an old water heater leaks plugged for now! Eventually, it will be replaced along with piping underneath the mobile home. I am retired and taking a job to fix things like these issues. All Pro allowed me some more time to be financially fit. I had Zack out and told him my finance. So, not only did they do a good job, but take in the whole picture. It is rare for a company to really care about the customer this way! Andrew, completely efficient with another great personality! I recommend them highly. Thank you both, Zack and Andrew!

Pretty disappointed. Called after I had the gas company come out and turn off my gas for a leak. The technician came out and told me my only option would be to replace all of the copper pipes. He said it would be a big job, wasn't sure of the price but at least 6K. He could tell I wasn't expecting that. They were supposed to send me an estimate which I never received. Anyhow, ended up getting the leak fixed by another plumber for $100 bucks. I feel ripped off because I spent $60+ just to have All Pro Plumbing come out and only give me a $6k+ option that clearly wasn't needed

Having done business with All Pro for more than 20 years it is very regrettable that its new owner/management has ruined the company's reputation based on the lack of trustworthiness its new management presents to its customer. The team did some work in my home and took some of my tools and equipment when they left. After months of asking them to return the property ( which they admit they did take ) I still have not received it. It's the principle: they cannot be trusted and do not keep their word, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I expected more from a professional plumber who advertises the quality of work they do but provides less in actuality. I was very disappointed. They chose to charge a very high fee based on two people working three hours or so on changing out water and drain connections in my utility room. That solution seemed reasonable...However, when the crew came to do the actual work they chose a less complicated solution that was able to be accomplished in less than two hours. I questioned the plumber why they did not strap the loose pipes to wall studs nearby and the plumber could not answer other than to say it was not necessary...They simply did not wish to spend the time and effort to do quality finish work. Given all the facts and pictures of work done and damage to the wall/baseboard their operational manager made excuses that the alternative approach was not what he expected and would reconsider an adjustment in the price paid. However, they never adequately resolved the damage done which now has to be repaired by another professional. They chose to do less and charge more....In defense of the plumbers who did the work and damage, they did return to patch the holes as best they could but it had lasting impact that the operations manager had said would be resolved but wasn't. Given the opportunity to see the issues first hand and address further remedial work for the fee paid, they chose to not visit the site. The owner, through his secretary, did eventually apologize for the errors made but not for the less professional solution chosen to relocate the water lines and drain as originally proposed that necessitated a higher fee. They did offer a partial reimbursement but not a significant one. I would not hire All Pro Plumbing as they over-estimate the work needed and solve the problems/tasks without consideration of a reduced price for less time and labor involved. The lesson learned: Seek out a professional plumber that charges by the hour and identifies their rate beforehand, not just a total fee to be paid. They did a bait and switch at my expense. They may have done this to others. Be forewarned that the lump sum estimate will likely be too high for the work needed and they won't adjust it downward if they choose an alternative approach done in less time.

On a leaky toilet, they quoted over $350 to replace the gasket between toilet tank and bowl, saying that was their book rate and that unforeseen problems drive up the cost. I declined, and then hired a different company who found the problem: lose bolts holding the tank to the bowl. Total repair cost: $89. Moral of the story, don't ever fall for the """"book rate"""" line. What a rip-off!
