NEVER SHOWED UP. Originally when I called they were responsive so I booked an appointment - but when it came to the day of the actual appointment the plumber never showed up and I called multiple times (no pick up) and left multiple voicemails with no call back. Please do not ghost potential customers and please just tell them if you will be late or won't show up :(

Ifran is fantastic. Personable, friendly and professional. I've used him in the past to replace a sewer line. I called about a clogged laundry sink this time. I had tried to snake it on my own with no luck because of the curvature of the pipes. He snaked it and added a clean out so that if this happens again, I can easily snake it myself instead of having to call him again. Highly recommend.

The plumber confirmed to come to my jobsite at 8am today and I called yesterday evening and he firmly confirmed again, and so I refused other contractors. But this morning he didn't show up and I called him many times today but he didn't answered my phones at all. Even he didn't come, he should phone me. My project was delayed by him.
They are not reliable at all, and can not be trusted.

Had an emergency plumbing situation and Irfan came within the hour, was able to completely solve the issue and offer some recommendations for future work in our new house. I always appreciate it when people aren't too salesy, and instead focus on educating me on what's broken and letting me make a decision that's good for me. Irfan was really helpful taking pictures underneath the house , showing me what the issues were and helping out.

Ifran was amazing! He came in and snaked a T-junction on our kitchen line and was finished in less than an hour. He also helped us replace some fittings on our pipes that were getting distorted at no charge when he put everything back together. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing issue
