Eddie saved us! Our pipes were clogged, and it was the start of the weekend. The people we had used in the past were not going out due to the virus. So needless to say we were in a bind. I was driving to the store to get some supplies, and saw Eddies truck pull into the area. WOW imagine that! Eddie did the job and saved us from a long time without plumbing. He's the man!

I saw water streaming from under my garage door and knew I had a problem. The water heater was leaking large quantities of water. I had used All Pro Plumbing about 3 years before and had been pleased with his work. From the time I called him to when I had a new working water heater was about 3 hours. He considered this an emergency and rearranged his schedule, drove to Ventura to pickup the water heater and installed it. He made all the mandated upgrades to the installation. Two other family members have used Eddie for plumbing problems and were very pleased with his work. I highly recommend him.

Like everyone else, we use Yelp to find the business we need and then proceed to read all the reviews and make our decisions based on that. For All Pro Plumbing, we did the complete opposite! My husband and I were in the parking lot of Home Depot in Camarillo heading into the store to look at water heaters (ours was leaking and needed to be replaced) and right in front of us was the All Pro Plumbing van and there was someone sitting inside! We literally walked up to the window and starting chatting with ""Eddie"" the owner. We asked questions about what heaters he used and what it would cost to replace ours (we had some pictures) and from that conversation, we decided he was the right person for the job and asked to get on his schedule (not even looking at yelp!).

He showed up this morning on time (called the night before to confirm and again 10 min before arriving), and brought his helper, Tim with him. They worked fast and hard for over 2 hours and they removed a 75 gal water heater (his disposal guy showed up at the exact minute it was ready to be hauled away and took it) and replaced it with a 50 gal. New one looks great and he even got us a Rheem ""professional"" that they don't sell at the Home Depot store (better quality).

Overall, we are very happy with our ""in person"" decision to hire All Pro Plumbing - Eddie and Tim are very hard workers and know their stuff! For any future plumbing issue we will not hesitate to contact All Pro Plumbing now that they have definitely met our expectations.

Spoke to Lalo after another very well known plumbing services in Camarillo, told me I have to pay 50$ just to come and see what I needed (not to be deducted from the final bill).
Lalo came the next day and completed the job in less than one and a half hours.
