I am beyond infuriated with this company. I called to have an appointment the night before and set up an appointment for 9-9:30am the next morning and CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE ISSUE AND THAT IM GOING THROUGH A HOME WARRANTY. Then no one shows up for the appointment. They then call me back an hour after the scheduled appointment after I left a voicemail asking if they are still coming and they told me ""oh sorry no one called you? We don't work with home warranty"". Thank you for completely wasting my time and allowing us to go another day without water in my home with children in the home. Absolutely appalled by your level of professionalism by apparently the owner that cannot even give me a call back and I promise I WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN.

We own a four-plex that had a leak in a unit. Our insurance company was ready to cover the repairs but the company they use was overbooked for a week out. Since the water on the entire property had to be turned off, the insurance company gave us the option to call another company to see if they could come out immediately. We then contacted All Pro Plumbing, who said they were willing to go out and gave me the price for the inspection. I told him we were going through insurance and to please go out ASAP. The guy said he wouldn't go out until we paid, in advance. We paid and he did go out right away. After he located the leak, he gave us the price to repair and said he could go out 2 days later to do the repair but he wanted to be sure he would receive payment. Once again I advised we would pay but please get it done ASAP. He went out the scheduled morning BUT WOULD NOT even exit his vehicle until we made payment IN FULL! I told him I don't make it a practice to pay in advance for services NOT rendered. I also told him we made the first payment as promised, we would do the same for these services. He refused and said if we didn't pay IN ADVANCE he would NOT get off. So I called back with a credit card and paid.
He did the repair, no issues with that but after everything we find out he OVER CHARGED our card by $140! I called and told him about the error, he told me there was no way he did that. I told him I had my statement as proof and sent him a picture. We are now 3 months later and have yet to get the refund. Funny how he was worried we wouldn't pay but it's them that won't return our money. I wish I would've had someone else we could've used because every time I spoke to this guy I wanted to tell him to screw off but I had no other options.

The only reason I'm even willing to give 1 star is because he did the job and seems to have been done correctly but as for everything else, call someone else!

This is my go to company for all plumbing and leaking issues. I have called Larry on multiple occasions and he always reacts ASAP, which is great. Most recently we changed out all our toilets and faucets and remodeled one bathroom and Morgan was sent out to do the job each time. He is an amazing asset to the company. He does such a thorough job. He is honest, well spoken, hard working and very neat. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future. I have no problem recommending All Pro Plumbing and Morgan to do any job that you might encounter in your home.

I called at 7:45 for a clog in our laundry room washer that backed up to the laundry room and kitcen sink. Paul was here in a hour and snaked it out and all is well! We will use again. Courteous, professional service.

We first contacted All Pro for a valve repair on the bathtub on Memorial Day weekend. I was told a price double normal charge. I then called Roto-Rooter who claims to not charge more for holidays and they were more than all pros holiday price! Ended up waiting until the holiday was over and got All Pro's regular price. What a bargain! Morgan came out and did an amazing job replacing the valve. The price included a nice Moen faucet and a promise to install it for free when the tub is ready We could not be more pleased with the work , price and Morgan! What a hard worker!

I had an emergency and they came over first thing in the morning. Prices were very reasonable and they even gave me tips on how to fix the problem on my own. I appreciate the honesty. I Will definitely use again.

With our garbage disposal's motor burned out, I needed a new unit installed. Called All Pro on Presidents Day expecting to leave a message, and was surprised to get an answer. Even more surprised that they could do the job later that day! True to their word, Morgan Foxen and another All Pro plumber showed up, were courteous and professional, and installed the new disposal lickety-split. I will certainly use them again for any plumbing jobs I need done quickly and competently!

My home is just four years old. The builders didn't securely glue the condensation pipe from the air conditioner to the exit pipe. My AHS home warranty sent City Plumbing and Indoor Quality Services. Both saw the leak and could tell me exactly what is was but neither would cut through the wall. This baffles me, I'm not sure how else you get to a pipe.

I contacted All Pro Plumbing on my own. I sat up an appointment immediately and they responded well within the allotted time. The leak was located on the first cut into the wall. The repairs took less than 30 minutes and I was given recommendations on how to speed up the drying time and prevent mold or other damage.

When I realized I had a hot water pipe leaking under my slab I was prepared for the worst case scenario. I called the insurance company and was relieved that, because of the damage to my floor, they were going to cover the cost of busting through the slab to access the pipe, closing the hole, cost of removal of debris from the job and replacement of the flooring that had to be removed to gain access. Now who to call?? I normally don't write reviews for ANY company, but I was really impressed with the guys from All Pro. The insurance company gave me an estimate of what the cost should be, I expected that All Pro would come out higher than the estimate I was given and I would be stuck arguing with the insurance company over the actual cost. I was shocked when the estimate, and final cost, from All Pro was right on the mark! I was also VERY impressed with the plumbers who showed up to do the work. Professional, knowledgeable, quality work and clean up of the work area. I would highly recommend calling them for slab leak. Thanks to All Pro I was able to take a nice HOT shower by the end of the day and if I were to have a plumbing issue in the future I know who I'll be calling!

Larry came on a Sunday to give us a bid on a leaking mainline. His crew showed up 5 minutes before scheduled on Monday and got to work. They did a great job - were friendly and conscientious about our landscaping. They meticulously cleaned up their work area and most importantly our plumbing nightmare is fixed! Appreciate the professionalism and integrity.
