I would give NO STARS if I could. My elderly mother's insurance company hired All Pro Plumbing to come to her home to check for a gas leak at the fireplace. ""Morgan"" arrived in an unmarked van and when asked for a business card, he gave my Mom a card that looked like it was his last card and it was covered with filth. He disconnected the gas line at the gas meter and proceeded to cut a large hole in the drywall around the valve at the fireplace and found no leaks. Then he tested the house gas line with 15# of air and found a very minor leak at the screw on the valve shut off to the water heater located in the garage. Morgan told my brother the leak was so small that we could change the valve out ourselves since the insurance company was not going to cover the additional $185 fee for him to change it out. Then he proceeded to attempt to relight the water heater that he shut off. Unable to relight the water heater after 10 minutes, he called his boss, ""Larry"", owner of All Pro Plumbing.

Larry instructed Morgan to LEAVE THE JOB without relighting the water heater, which would leave my 89-year-old mother without hot water. When I suggested to Morgan via telephone, to make sure to completely purge the line of air before relighting, he then had a ""snarky"" reply that he has been doing this job for 17 years. His unprofessional attitude was that WE put too much pipe dope on the fittings when we changed out the water heater ourselves and now it was inside the control valve causing it to not relight. Ummm, the water heater was working before he got there!!! He said he was leaving and told us that we needed to call a water heater company, leaving my elderly mother without hot water from a previously working water heater that he turned off.

I called the owner, Larry, to complain and he changed the story and said he was never going to have Morgan re-light the water heater. He told me that he had Morgan leave because of the supposed leak in the valve and because we didn't want to pay the ridiculous $185 additional fee to replace the valve.

My brother was present through the whole ordeal and ended up calling PG&E for help. A PG&E gas service person came out and re-lit the water heater and tested the gas water heater valve for leaks. NO GAS LEAK WAS FOUND AT THE VALVE and the issue was that Morgan DID NOT COMPLTELY PURGE THE GAS LINE OF AIR that he put in the line during testing. Hello? Did I not suggest he purge the line in the first place? Maybe Morgan should go back to school and Larry, hopefully nobody treats your mother the way you treated mine.

This company just wanted to make a buck and price gouge the insurance company and then when they had problems, they just retreated and walked away and blamed the leak on us.

SHAME ON YOU All Pro Plumbing!!! Larry, you should not be in business. It is totally unacceptable and disgraceful to instruct your employee to walk away when it was your employee who created the problem in the first place, leaving an elderly woman without a hot water heater. I reported this debacle to the insurance company and recommended they never use your business again because of your poor customer service.

Kudos to PG&E who came out in a timely manner and at no charge to us, got the water heater working again by purging the line of air correctly and finished what All Pro Plumbing failed to do in the first place!

I had them re plumb my whole house. They did a pretty good job at that except they put a water heater exhaust next to my balcony which is toxic. Had to convert it to electrical and they said no problem and didn't charge me. Then asked them to come back and finish up a few thing and do a few extra. They decided then they were going to charge me an extra 1000 for the last job, and then gouged me in price on the job I needed done that day. Then after all that they forgot a piece to my kids bath that regulated hot and cold and almost burned my kids. I text them, and no response not even an oh sorry about that. Now the kitchen sink they installed is leaking. I called three times and set up three different times Paul set up and never even showed. I took time off and everything. Never even showed. Had to call another plumper so I could get it fixed. What a hassle.

#ServiceStarShoutOut Day We actually had All Pro come out this weekend. Our hallway toilet was leaking inside the toilet, like the tank kept wanting to refill itself ALL DAY! And then our shower got plugged up somehow, I'm sure it's all my hair over the years, and then the outside spouts to the hose were leaking, so we were just a mess, called them up, they came a couple days later after our quote, which was reasonable, and they did a great job! Where a little later on time, but with this type of business, I mean they could have gotten help up at their previous job, no worries, and then they were very efficient on their time, came in, did what they needed, got us some new toilets and new spouts, cleaned our shower, and were out in no time, like maybe 2 hours, it was way faster than I anticipated, and no mess was made, everything works just fine and my little was soo curious in what they were doing and what was going on and talking and looking at their directions papers and they were just soo good with him. Not many people go out of their way to listen to a 4 year old LOL, so that was just so special. Thanks again!

I am beyond infuriated with this company. I called to have an appointment the night before and set up an appointment for 9-9:30am the next morning and CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE ISSUE AND THAT IM GOING THROUGH A HOME WARRANTY. Then no one shows up for the appointment. They then call me back an hour after the scheduled appointment after I left a voicemail asking if they are still coming and they told me ""oh sorry no one called you? We don't work with home warranty"". Thank you for completely wasting my time and allowing us to go another day without water in my home with children in the home. Absolutely appalled by your level of professionalism by apparently the owner that cannot even give me a call back and I promise I WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN.

We own a four-plex that had a leak in a unit. Our insurance company was ready to cover the repairs but the company they use was overbooked for a week out. Since the water on the entire property had to be turned off, the insurance company gave us the option to call another company to see if they could come out immediately. We then contacted All Pro Plumbing, who said they were willing to go out and gave me the price for the inspection. I told him we were going through insurance and to please go out ASAP. The guy said he wouldn't go out until we paid, in advance. We paid and he did go out right away. After he located the leak, he gave us the price to repair and said he could go out 2 days later to do the repair but he wanted to be sure he would receive payment. Once again I advised we would pay but please get it done ASAP. He went out the scheduled morning BUT WOULD NOT even exit his vehicle until we made payment IN FULL! I told him I don't make it a practice to pay in advance for services NOT rendered. I also told him we made the first payment as promised, we would do the same for these services. He refused and said if we didn't pay IN ADVANCE he would NOT get off. So I called back with a credit card and paid.
He did the repair, no issues with that but after everything we find out he OVER CHARGED our card by $140! I called and told him about the error, he told me there was no way he did that. I told him I had my statement as proof and sent him a picture. We are now 3 months later and have yet to get the refund. Funny how he was worried we wouldn't pay but it's them that won't return our money. I wish I would've had someone else we could've used because every time I spoke to this guy I wanted to tell him to screw off but I had no other options.

The only reason I'm even willing to give 1 star is because he did the job and seems to have been done correctly but as for everything else, call someone else!

This is my go to company for all plumbing and leaking issues. I have called Larry on multiple occasions and he always reacts ASAP, which is great. Most recently we changed out all our toilets and faucets and remodeled one bathroom and Morgan was sent out to do the job each time. He is an amazing asset to the company. He does such a thorough job. He is honest, well spoken, hard working and very neat. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future. I have no problem recommending All Pro Plumbing and Morgan to do any job that you might encounter in your home.

I called at 7:45 for a clog in our laundry room washer that backed up to the laundry room and kitcen sink. Paul was here in a hour and snaked it out and all is well! We will use again. Courteous, professional service.

We first contacted All Pro for a valve repair on the bathtub on Memorial Day weekend. I was told a price double normal charge. I then called Roto-Rooter who claims to not charge more for holidays and they were more than all pros holiday price! Ended up waiting until the holiday was over and got All Pro's regular price. What a bargain! Morgan came out and did an amazing job replacing the valve. The price included a nice Moen faucet and a promise to install it for free when the tub is ready We could not be more pleased with the work , price and Morgan! What a hard worker!
