We have had many plumbers throuout the years and have finally found our go to company. On time, polite and courteous. Above everything else very honest and reasonable priced compared to the larger named companies. So glad we found them! Chris is the best.

A great family business that always responds to my calls quickly, which is unusual. Prices are always more than fair. I just like the fact he ALWAYS gives me a correct and honest opinion on what a job will require and if he can't do the work he will refer me someone who can. It's nice because I know he doesn't make a dime when he does this. To me this proves he's honest and cares.

Called them for a backed up sewer line at my business and they showed up when no one else would. I thought the price was going to be super high but is was actually the cheapest. The service was outstanding as well. They put the ""booties"" on their boots and were super friendly. Indeed 5 star service. While they were here I asked for a price on my back flow valve testing (why not kill 2 birds with one stone) and surprise, surprise they were the most competitive too!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Had an appt in Clairton at 3 pm yesterday for dye test. He arrived before I did and started running water in outside drain. When I met him he said he couldn't figure out where the water was going and he didn't have a helper to do the job because the manhole was down the street. He said he was just going to pass the job off.
I was extremely upset because I took a 1/2 day off of work and had made an appointment with him and the electrician at the same time so I could get everything done and his careless attitude toward me was unacceptable. I spoke with other plumbers on the list for Clairton and they said they work by themselves doing these tests all the time. He shouldn't be on the list if he's going to cherry pick jobs. Now I have to take another half day off work to reschedule with someone else. I filed a complaint with Clairton and will be looking into legal action. Beware.
