I called due to a pipe not working properly. A gentleman was sent out and didn't even attempt to snake it, right off the bat put a camera down the pipe (extra $250) and not even 5 minutes later he told me that I would have to have my floor tore up to fix the pipe (I have a slab foundation). I had called later that afternoon to schedule a time to do it (Blake wasn't available so I was told he would call me back) , in the mean time I wanted a 2nd opinion so I called Lanz and they came out and had it fixed within 30-45 minutes (was able to fix the issue by snaking the pipe with a little effort and experience) I then decided to call you guys again (after never receiving a call back within 2 days) and I was told that either Blake or the office manager would call me within a couple of hours. I'm writing this the next day and STILL no call back. I even called again and was transferred and it went to their voicemail. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, failure to address and fix the problem and quote me $1500-$4000 to tear up my bathroom floor when Lanz fixed it for just a little over $200... It cost me $362 to have you guys come out, immediately stick a camera down the pipe (without even attempting to snake it first) just to tell me that it would need major repairs (which was incorrect anyways) absolutely ridiculous. I would HIGHLY recommend not giving this place your business. save your time and money. better off watching a youtube video and doing it yourself.

All Pro was prepared to work to their quoted number when they at first thought they couldn't fit the unit which they later could anyway.

They also were willing to send out a technician to fix a sound that developed on the unit a few days after its installation and accept credit cards for payment without any added fees.

Very happy with the union workers labor and management's willingness to send them out to address our needs.

When I called on 8/21/2023 I asked for a quote on getting sewage lines unclogged the price was $250 for using a jetter and $100 an hour. I got the bill today of $768 dollars. I called to ask what the situation was, they said they also have a camera fee of $185 that was not disclosed when I was asking for quote and the hourly rate is actually $110 and hour and a second plumber came out and watched the first gentleman work. The line is unclogged at double the price it was going to cost me from someone from champaign because of renting fee that the charge. So make sure you ask a second time what something is going to cost you and what fee do they charge.

I called All Pro the day before Thanksgiving. My my main sewer pipe had a huge split in it. They sent out Damarius and his helper. I can't say enough good things about these two young men. They were polite, listened to what I needed and completed a professional job in record time! Damarius has a great career ahead of him! Thank you All Pro for sending out the pros!

Jim came out mid Monday morning and gave us quote to replace our 30 year old furnace and AC. No pressure. Easy going. Quote was good compared to others. Signed up. Then our furnace quit about 2:00 PM. Called Jim. Cole showed up about 5:00 and he was GREAT. Got the furnace going which was super as it was getting cold. Cole was very nice and polite.
Vince and Keaton showed up Friday morning as promised and they were great too. Very polite also. Covered our floor with tarps to protect the floor. Cleaned up their mess and showed us how to use the thermostat.

Lisa, in the office, was quite nice too in getting us a paid invoice and our warranty information.

Might do a water heater with them in the future.

One of there employees black guy flipped me off in the parking lot of do it best in tuscola. All I did was park my truck in a parking space. Will not be calling them to repair anything.
