Our air conditioning system was evaluated by All Pro Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical LLC, who assured us that the infrastructure was sound and only the A/C unit itself needed replacement. Following their recommendation, we purchased a new system, which was installed on March 25. We rarely used the A/C until August due to our limited time at home. To our profound disappointment, the new unit failed to cool the house effectively. It would start at 92 degrees at 3 p.m. and run all day, only reaching 82 degrees by 11 p.m.

We contacted All Pro Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical LLC on September 9 to address the issue. Their technician attributed the problem to our duct system. However, based on their initial assessment, the duct system was in good condition. If there was a problem with the ducts, it should have been identified before the installation. Installing an A/C unit with problematic ducts is like putting a new engine in a car with a bad transmission and expecting it to work; it's irrational.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars on this system, it's unacceptable that it's not functioning correctly. All Pro Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical LLC either overlooked the duct issue or is trying to take advantage of us, possibly because we are seniors. Our experience with All Pro Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical LLC has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We cannot recommend this company and plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Kept my review offline until now but enough is enough. We had to get a new package unit in January 2023. All Pro came recommended to us so we went with them. They were so responsive and helpful up to the install. But then after the install everything went wrong. They spent all day fussing with the new unit, come to find out it wasn't working right. They leave and immediately the unit stops working and it California cooold outside. We call and they say the tech will turn around. Tech never shows. Next day repairman comes and overrides unit to get it to work until they can come diagnose. Turns out unit is bad and have to get another unit installed. Wow. Next Unit is installed, they fight with it a little, then it works. Then in August 2023 find my bathroom flooded. Come to find out they hooked up this unit to a nonexistent drip line so the ac was just draining condensation into my wall. Luckily they refunded me for the cost of repairs on that faux pas. Fast forward a year and a half later, I walk into my house on the FIRST extremely hot day of the year to find the ac has not worked all day. Wow, what craftsmanship and quality we've received so far but to me feels more like a adulting horror story. So not impressed with ANYTHING this company has done. You would think customers who had units installed one year prior they would take care of but nope, were put on the list with everyone else to figure out how to sleep in a 90 degree house until the tech can come maybe tomorrow....I bet they'll charge something ridiculous to fix this nightmare unit too. Man I miss my icebox 20 year old AC unit that never gave me a fuss.

I am very distressed and disappointed at your lack of customer care.
I have had your Smart Membership for almost a Year now and Paid the Annual Membership Fee and yet have had my Appointments pushed back numerous times, saying it was an online scheduling error. Calling me at the time the Service was to be Provided, and being told they're not coming!!!!!
I called to rectify this with a Manager, but was told the Manager was busy but will return my call... of course that never happens!
I'm over it. Such poor showing and utterly careless service for people who need you.
Didn't just happen once either.....AVOID THIS COMPANY-super unreliable

I won't recommend this company, they'll just going to make you wait for nothing! Even with confirmed appointment, they will call you that there's no technician coming

I called All Pro as they appeared to be a trusted HVAC company. The technician came out and spent an hour and a half diagnosing my AC unit, taking photos and writing up a report. He ultimately told me my condenser was shot, motor was blown and among other things, I needed a new unit. He gave me 3 pricing options, the lowest being $6K and the highest being $10K! Needless to say I told him I needed some time to think about it. I called a local HVAC company, he came out within one hour, and told me I just needed a new capacitor which cost $300.00!!!! My local HVAC company literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!! All Pro Plumbing are crooks! It's horrible to think that they take advantage of people like this! I will never call this company again. I hope people read these reviews and steer clear of this company!!

My mother's water heater quit working. She called them out and I listened and observed. By the time the representative was done with his sales pitch, the bill was $3800. Probably the most expensive residential replacement in history. I just replaced mine last September and it was $1600. He was also trying to sell us a maintenance contract for $290 per year. He was a clean salesman and didn't look like he did any work. When the salesman left, we called, One Stop Plumbers and a rep was there in 30 minutes doing the job with the same water heater for $2673.

My home recently needed some plumbing repairs. I called All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical. They sent Luis to take care of the issues. It turned out I needed a new water heater, new faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen and one of the toilets insides needed to be replace. Luis replaced the water heater, faucets, and the toilets parts. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I have hot and cold running water in my house, and I'm very happy with the results. I definitely recommend Luis and definitely recommend All Pro Plumbing Heating, Air and electrical.
All Pro Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical has a great team. My home needed other repairs as well as the plumbing issues. I had air conditioning issues and Electrical problems. I had interactions with the repairmen and technicians the advisors. They were all professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and respectful, as well as the receptionists schedulers and customer service representatives. I was very happy with All Pros service. Which isn't something I can say very often. But I am very happy.
