Once again All Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air has come to the rescue. For the past few years, I have had a lingering air conditioning problem. In 2015, this company came out during the busiest time of the summer and replaced our condenser because the manufacturer's unit was old and seriously dangerous. After numerous repairs by other companies, it worked beautifully after installation of the new condenser by All-Pro. They also mentioned that the inside unit, blower/heating system may be an issue in the future. A few month later before the 12-month warranty expired, they returned to fix a leak due to the inside unit at no cost. They also gave me an estimate for repairs and entire replace. They carefully explained the pros and cons to repair and replacements. They did not try to push it on us in 2015. Now that it is 2016, and the warranty has expired, I called Lowe's ""where the condenser was purchased"" because something seemed to be wrong with the unit. All Pro called the next day and said that they would honor their installation if required, but it was probably the blower/heating unit. Today, Saturday the 23rd, 2016, I woke up at 0730 to an All Pro truck sitting in my driveway waiting. George and Salvador both exited their vehicle once I opened my door with a smile and a greeting. They went to work immediately. What I saw when they pulled out the manufacturer's parts was unbelievable. I have never seen so much rust and decay on a piece of equipment in a home. Not only did they have the all right parts, install them correctly, and explained to me in detail all the problems that were happening, they went well beyond my expectations for the third time coming to my residence. If your air conditioner breaks down, call All Pro!

I was a repeat customer of All Pro, I warn anyone caution on relying on their service. I previously had plumbing work done by them in upwards of $1k+. I set up a simple toilet install over a week in advance even requesting a morning time because besides plumbing issues like many of us I have other commitments. Don't be fooled by the fact that you've been a repeat customer or that you made an appointment in advance or that you rearranged work and childcare because All Pro will bump your appointment for someone else, cancel it, and not get an alternative plumber out to service you. They are insincere and not considerate about the value of your time. The manager called back only to say that they would offer to come out next week. My response, no thanks, my time (since I work full-time) is more valuable than your offer.

For the last 10 years I have not heisted to call All Pro for any of my plumbing needs. Jesus has been my plumber on most of my calls and I have never been disappointed. I always recommend All Pro to my friends and family and I will continue to that each and every time.

Called for estimate for main water line leak was quoted two thousand two hundred to dig a whole and patch or six thousand four hundred to replace entire line six thousand four hundred to dig a thirty foot trench and maybe 100 dollars in material unreal . Found a great local company who replaced entire line for two thousand

My pool overflowed from the rain and the floor drains were backed up. I called on a Saturday morning and they dispatched Dan C to clear the drain line from the back of the house to the front. Dan was a pro and cleared out sludge and roots and made sure other drains were clear prior to leaving. It's about customer service for repeat business and I'm coming back for future needs Thanks All Pro and Dan!

I had a sink problem and called ""the smell good plumbers"". They came out and told me there was no way to clear my drain without a complete rebuild of my pipes which was going to be quite expensive.
So I called All Pro ,who I had been referred to, and they sent out Pedro Moya who took one look at the situation and solved the problem within 15 minutes. He really knew his stuff and was very professional. From now on it's All Pro!!

If by 24/7 they mean you must wait at least 24 hours before getting service, then yes. It's true! Had a broken pipe in the commode room spraying water all over. I'm a senior citizen so, sad to say, I NEED MY TOILET. Minimum commitment of sometime tomorrow. NO THANKS!

We had All Pro come out to fix our air conditioning unit this summer and well, let's just say that after having the tech here for a few minutes, we were uneasy about his abilities to do the job correctly but we gave him the benefit of the doubt; first mistake. Now, this was a fairly new unit, only a few years new so we thought that it shouldn't be extremely costly of a repair, again, we were wrong. After taking the tech two days to complete the repair and listening to his explanation as to why it took so long, we realized then that we made the wrong choice.

We held off on writing a review then because we hadn't fully tried out the unit since it was still summer time. Well,once the colder weather arrived we attempted to use the heater and to our surprise, it did not work. Not only that, but whatever the tech had done to the air con unit, when turning on the heater it fizzled out as well. Now, after having spent $1800 we are now back to square one. Of course we called them to come back and fix it again since it was still under warranty and again, to our dismay, we were told that the malfunction of course had nothing to do with the initial repair they had done and that we would be charged an addtional $500 to make this repair. When I asked the tech if he had tested the heater when he did the repair to the unit and he said no. Now, what kind of a repairman would do a job and NOT test the unit to see if it works properly prior to signing off on it? A LAZY, INCOMPETENT ONE. That didn't sit well with me so I declined with a bad taste in my mouth.

We had a different company come out and look over the unit and to get a second opinion .... and guess what? We were told that the initial repair was not porperly done and that the wiring had been done incorrectly as well. Upon hearing this, we showed this new tech the receipt of the work completeled by the first company along with what we were told this time was needed for the new repairs, and were then shocked to hear that for just a couple bucks more he could have installed a completely new unit. This pissed me off.
He went on to say that he could fix the malfunction and re-wire it for $175, we agreed and it's been working like a charm.

Moral of this story .... STAY AWAY FROM ALL PRO PLUMBING & HEATING. They are incompetent crooks. .... OK, OK, perhaps that was a bit harsh and unfair since this was the experience with just this one tech, but they did not make an effort to satisfy us as customers and that alone would have us encourage anyone to steer clear of All Pro. We work hard for our money and have made a conscious decision that we will not reward incompetence and terrible customer service any longer.

Certainly you do what you want .... but as for us, we're standing firm on this and strongly believe that if every consumer would use this philosophy towards the companies we choose to do business with, maybe we can demonstrate to them that we're sick of this complacency and will not do business with them or recommend their services.

Called All Pro after another company would not return our call for a heating issue we had. So we called All Pro and that same day, Chris arrived to take a look at our heater. He informed us of what the problem was and recommended what would be the best solution. We decided to replace our heating unit and opted for Chris to install it the following weekend. Andrea called us the day before and the morning of just to make sure we would be home and provided and ETA. Chris got there and began removing the old unit while we ran to replace the new unit we had bought. Totally our fault for getting the wrong type and we want to thank Chris for waiting for us. Got back with the correct unit, he installed it and answered all our questions and concerns! We were totally satisfied with the work done and appreciate Chris' professionalism. We will definitely call All Pro in the future should we need to! Thank you Chris!
