ALL PRO is ALL RIP OFF! Truly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. I recently called for my ac unit to get serviced even though it was working fine. No issues whatsoever. I was then told by the technician there were some preventive issues he recommended. After paying $1,670.50 dollars for a hard start kit, coil wash, and refrigerant, it broke down the very next week. I called to complain and was told no one could come out until a week later even after I told them it had just been serviced. Second time around the same tech comes back and tells me now I need a new motherboard, a pressure switch, and a compressor, and my ducting needs to get replaced. Now I'm looking at a $6,479 dollars to fix all the issues. I told him get off my roof and don't touch anything else. I called another company that basically told me I was mislead and deceived by All Pro. I didn't need the hard start kit and too much refrigerant in the ac unit was not installed correctly. My bill to fix the issues was $265 dollars! Save yourself the time and call another company that's not trying to swindle customers out of their money.

Our air conditioning was working great on Sunday, then I turned it back on Monday morning, & the air was cool to humid feeling. I called All Pro Plumbing & said I needed someone right away, and although it was about a week before they could come, I let them know I have a monthly payment for regular ckeck ups & hopefully quicker service (i have asthma) & when I mentioned this they sent me to a higher level of care & they got 2 service persons out by yesterday (Thursday) in the afternoon. Thank goodness I have their plan!! Anyway, it was repaired by 2 really hard-working service persons (One was Donald & the other was Veronica). Both worked so hard & in that 100 degree sun & got our air working perfectly with 2 interior parts replaced in just under 3 hours, with the area left clean & the unit running perfectly. Thank goodness this company is honest, fair priced & has very good employees!! Thank you, All Pro & your super workers who took care of business and fixed the air in this hot, 100 degree heat!!

This company ghosted us on appointments twice, and put us several weeks behind in repairing our air conditioning when we have an elderly person and small children living with us and it is close to 100 degrees. They also did not understand what a home warranty is. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

On Sunday, July 16th, 2023, during 111F Temperature in the High Desert, my AC unit went out. It started blowing hot air inside my 2-story home. I called 10 different HVAC companies on a Sunday during scorching Hot temperatures and All Pro Plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (ACE) answered my call and sent a tech by the name of Michael right away. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me several options with a good deal i could not resist. He fixed my AC unit and got a scourge of Cold Air right away. Omg what a relief. If you are looking for HVAC services, look no further contact (ACE) right away.

My air conditioning system wasn't working properly on one of my rental properties.I've called the office for service and they got me scheduled right away. they came out found the problem and fixed it . They are a great company with excellent customer service. And professional, knowledgeable..

All pro customer service is not good if you're waiting for over 5 months to get an answer from them on info regarding a service they provided. They're only good if you can pay them for a new service rendered!

My Downstairs AC unit went down and technician Sean from All Pro plumbing found the problem and took care of it in no time. Very professional and once again they came through again !! Highly recommend them

So I put in a request for my ac unit and a woman from here contacted me and she said she could send someone out within 45 minutes. And I asked how much would it be for the diagnostic, and she said that it wouldn't be a charge. So the guy came out and said oh it's going to be $89 for a diagnostic. I informed him that I was told it wouldn't be a charge. Then he said ok. Took him to the unit and he didn't even take nothing a part then he went to his truck to make a call. He came back and Informed us that if we wanted him to tell us a price and continue he would need to charge us$89. I'm like ok thank you for coming but I'm not interested in any way from the company you work for.
I then called the company back to inform the. What happened and they told me that the supervisor would call me back. Never received no call back.
I'm starting to think that some of these companies are paying people to give them good reviews.

They were great getting out to our place today and fixing the main which had flooded our garage. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my family.
Excellent service, highly recommend. Leo and Chris R. were great, they were accommodating and beyond helpful by offering to help move our belongings to allow more access to the problem, they were professional and explained every step of the process in detail. All Pro was affordable and quick with their response, you can't beat the quality of service we experienced with them today.

This rating is ONLY for the HVAC side of this company. totally unorganised, their install team that put in my AC i found out was fired over negligence and i understand that considering those same people set my hallway on fire when they fumbled a bucket with flammable ac refridgerant in it while he was brazing the copper lines in the attic. i am now having continued issues with faulty workmanship that i am luckily getting fixed under warranty as well as the system they sold me having a controller go out not even 6 months after install.
i have the new controller being installed, but i was given an 8am appointment for the install, but now i am still sitting here at almost 1pm with no calls or emails at all from their dispatch team or the contractor himself. 2 phone calls later i find out that he is sitting at home depot apparently getting more fittings to do my install. it's a controller. plug and play fuse type design.
THESE GUYS ARE TRASH if you want quality work and customer service as far as HVAC goes. Please note, i'm ONLY grading their HVAC side. their plumbing side has been absolutely perfect. 100% DO recommend them for plumbing. HVAC I 100% suggest you use someone else. 0/10 would not recommend.
