As a member of their month fee program you're told you'll get priority service and discounted rates. We waited 3 days for them to come out the second time for a furnace issue that they installed only 2 years ago. We called them when they were an hour past the second missed appointment to be told it would be late afternoon. They don't prioritize anyone, especially when it is warranty work for their shotty work. Don't waste your $10 monthly on their membership. I called a smaller local company and they came out within 2 hours, and fixed All Pro's work, under warranty. Definitely not All Pro.

Jose was out to fix my elderly fathers AC/heating. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. A part had to be ordered and came within a few days so the job was completed in such a short amount of time! Service was amazing and my dad every impressed with the young man. Thank you guys for a great job!

Jason from All Pro also came out to my fathers home for the plumbing on the 8th of this month. Let me tell you, the work was NOT EASY! He was able to find the problem and helped us immediately! I couldn't say thank you enough for the work he did for us. Very professional and just like the previous review my 90 year old father was impressed!

Great professional. I was serviced by Austin D. He was very courteous and is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He cleaned two drains for me. Service calls are complimentary. And all pricing is up front. Highly recommend.

We called these so called professional plumbers and they charged an arm and a leg for a simple pipe repair. They didn't even fix it right. we called another plumber who went down there and said the leak was still there. We called All Pro back and having been waiting for weeks to have our repair fixed. Every time we have them scheduled to come, they make us wait all day and then call us at the end of the waiting time just to reschedule. Knowing we have the leak, they made us no priority for their shady work. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CALL THESE UNPROFESSIONALS.

My first call to All Pro was great. Reported my issue and a technician came out within the hour and gave me the information I needed. I ended up signing up for the membership, which was $25 a month. Every appointment I've scheduled since I signed up for the membership was cancelled. I've had an emergency repair I needed in my kitchen and never got anyone from All Pro out to fix it. Every time I tried, they cancelled. The membership includes plumbing and heating maintenance. Tried to schedule those appointments, CANCELLED! At this point I felt like why pay for the membership if I can't get the service? So I cancelled the membership.

The toilet in our master bathroom was the original toilet and it was constantly leaking after many attempts to replace the valve. Jason from All Pro Plumbing came in a replaced our toilet with an upgraded ADA toilet for my mom. He was very pleasant when he arrived, took a look at the toilet to be replaced and gave us an estimate much lower than expected. From the time he arrived to the time he completed the job was just about two hours (including the time he took to go pick up the new toilet. He was very neat in his work and cleaned up well when he was finished. We had a great experience with All Pro Plumbing and Jason is a great plumber and really cool guy. My neighbors also have used All Pro Plumbing for many jobs because they have great plumbing technicians, very reasonable prices and always do great work.

I needed my main drain line cleared, All Pro set up the appointment within the hour. Austin Dale did a great job clearing the clog right away, he set up a followup camera inspection same day to verify the problem was solved at no additional cost. I would highly recommend these guys for all of your needs, great response and professional quality service at a reasonable price.
