The worst customer I have ever experienced in my entire life! I spoke to someone named Nicole, who was very rude and very condescending! She didn't want to listen to my problem and said I don't have time for this. She rushed me the off the phone so much that I couldn't even get my point across. I don't know who works but this Nicole chick needs go!! She didn't even send anyone out to the house. I will never use this service again! I recommend you don't either. They do not care.

Our business received a notice from the City of Roseville that we needed a backflow device replaced. I called 3 other companies on their list first, but none of them actually showed up to give me an estimate. After calling All Pro, I was able to email my letter from Roseville, and they got me an estimate for repairs within 30 minutes! After approving the estimate, they were at our business the next day, replaced the broken device, and submitted all the necessary retest paperwork to the City of Roseville for us.

John and the team are exceptional professionals. Since our building is almost 60 years old, I'm sure we will need service like this again soon, and they will be the first phone call I make.

They gave an estimate for the job. They finished the job and the bill was higher. I asked them why I wasn't notified and they really didn't have an answer for that. It's just good business practice to let the customer know that there were some unforeseen issues and it's going to cost more. I totally would have been cool with it.

An all white Toyota Prius with advertisements for All Pro Back Flow was all over the road today. Carefully I passed the vehicle and noticed the female driver was focused on her cell phone. You probably shouldn't let drivers with your information all over the car drive while texting.
