all powerful plumbing was contracted to do the plumbing on my new construction home several years ago. when it was time to pressure up the water into the plumbing, shane walpole and his team at all powerful plumbing didn't bother to do a walk through to confirm no water was running from plumbing. when we returned the next morning there the whole bottom floor wood floors were covered with 2"" of water. and had to be removed and replaced.

shane walpole, president, completely denied it was his team's fault and would not take responsibility and instructed his insurance company to fight me. this cost me tens of thousands of dollars as i couldn't shut down the project to fight him.

several years later, my sewer line to the street started to back up. when we dug into find the problem, of course we discovered shane and his team had neglected to glue one of the connections of PVC pipe and it had been leaking from day one.

that cost me an additional $3,500 to get fixed.

Completely garbage company. Never, ever use these guys. Not only did they completely flake, they could never be bothered to return calls or emails. Spoke with someone named Shane, wasn't even genuinely apologetic about the no show. Literally told me it would be better to go to home depot and do it myself. Complete and utter garbage.

They should change their name to all powerFAIL
