Scheduled service and was called fairly quickly. Appointment same day. Tech arrived within the scheduled appointment time. They cut two holes in my downstairs ceiling to help see where the water was coming from. After about 10 min, Tech said that the water was coming from the master shower because he thought the shower was installed without a drain pan and that was the source of the leak. They said that they couldn't get the drain cover off in the shower to confirm because it was "grouted in". After the tech left, I went into the master shower only to find that the screws holding the drain cover had been stripped. I removed them and ran the shower for 15min. and not a single drip downstairs! I then ran the sinks and even flushed the toilet. NOTHING. About two hours later someone washed their hands using another bathroom upstairs and the leak appeared again. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Back to square one no resolution and still a leak that is causing additional damage to my house! To make matters worse my wife overheard the tech speaking on his apple watch to someone from the office.... "I'm not fixing this under a home warranty" of course I would never have accepted his explanation had I heard that conversation. I just want to know what's wrong so I can fix this. Tell people the truth or better yet don't be an insurance provider if you can't do the work! Pretty simple

My primary water heater went out. A few days after my second water heater went out (both are a 50 gallon Rheem manufactured in 2020). I then called my home warranty and they dispatched ALL Points Plumbing. A very young tech and another young man came to the house the next day. I advised him of the problems that I can't keep my pilots lit on either WH and it was odd to have both go out within a week. We also talked about it being propane heaters could I have some bad propane or something. Tech said I needed a pilot tube and a coupler igniter. He said he was ordering the parts today and would call when they came in. The next day, I was notified that they will have to drain the tanks for an additional $199.00 cause it wasn't covered by warranty. The day after that I received notification that they refused to work on propane heaters and my home warranty company will dispatch another plumber. I called bull on that one. The initial paper work said it was propane and I spoke to the tech about it when he was here. So now I have been out of Hot water for five days and I have too start all over again. The next day another plumber came out. This time I went up in the attic with him. I noticed the first WH was still apart with the control valve on the attic floor. The plumber noticed that the gas control valve was broken from over torquing. He explained that all he had to change was the cup link now the whole control valve has to be replaced. We went to the second WH and found that Juan broke that one too. Plumber said he broke the pilot tube wire off. We found the broken tip in the overflow tray. This WH now needs the pilot assembly changed instead of jus the pilot tube.
The worst part about it. They lied to my home warranty who hired them for the job. They told my Home warranty company that they saw it was propane WH and did not even go in the attic. I saw his helper carry a large pipe wrench up my attic stairs.
ALL POINTS PLUMBING is the worse service I have ever received. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them

Idk about their services but if it's as bad as their drivers don't hire them! This driver was waving in and out of lanes, on everyone's tails, almost crashed in a merging lane. Horrible and dangerous!

I needed my garbage disposal replaced. Had to use All Points because that is who American Home Shield sent to me. As the disposal was being removed water was splashed on the electrical box at thebottom of the cabinet. When this happened, i lost electricity not only to the kitchen island but the electrical outlets on the kitchen cabinet. I was told that All Points would file a report with AHS and have an electrician to come out. 3 weeks later I had not heard from the plumbing company or AHS. On top of my deductible that I had already paid, I had to spend another $264 for an electrician to restore power that was caused by the plumbers not covering up the electrical box. Not my fault. This is money that should have been paid by All Points. True professionals would have thought of this and acted accordingly. I am going to contact AHS again and see if a report was indeed filed. Iam also considering canceling my AHS contract; this is not the first time they have sent contractors to my home that did not know what they were doing. I have started using a larger companies that offer warranties and guarantee their work. You get what you pay for.

I was assigned to this company through American Home Shield. The problem was never fixed because of lack of time flexibility. I called AHS to cancel and ask for a refund on the $100 deductible. In the system it showed that the ticket had been completed. When the AHS called them, they were told by Alexis that I missed my appointment because when the technician came to my home, there was no answer. IMPOSSIBLE!!! An appointment was never made because I could not fit into their timeframe. Liars and theives.

All Points Plumbing was sent to my home through Old Republic Home Warranty for a water heater issue (pilot light ignite but will not stay lit - goes out after a short time). The service call was Friday, 5/7/2021.
"Will" was the tech who came to my home. He also had a helper with him but I didn't catch the helpers name. I explained to Will that:
1) they are the second company to come out under the SAME ticket with Old Republic Home Warranty.
2) I explained as clearly as I could that the first company that came out did nothing more than light the pilot light and assumed the issue was resolved. It was after the first company left that I discovered the pilot light will not stay lit. I explained to Will I had re-lit the pilot light no less than 10 times within the few days between the first company and All Points Plumbing and the pilot light WILL NOT stay lit.

After my explanation of the problem we are facing, Will tried to "duplicate the issue" by turning the gas control valve up and down repeatedly. After he was not able to duplicate the issue (pilot light remained lit) he explained that he could not replace a part unless he could show that it is failed. I do understand this, as I've spent nearly 25 years as an engineer duplicating customer issues in the IT industry. However, Will assured me he would write it up in his report that it is likely a thermal coupler OR gas control valve causing the issue - that way if it goes out again I could call back and they would know what to replace.

Less than TEN MINUTES after he left my home the pilot light went out again so I called him IMMEDIATELY on his cell that I previously had from when he called to tell me he was on his way. At that point he told me over the phone "okay, he would write it up as a gas control valve". I asked him what next steps were and he told me someone from All Points Plumbing would be calling to schedule a replacement of the part. I even asked if I could request him to be the tech since he was aware of the issue and I didn't want to have to go through the issue from the beginning again. Will agreed so I was okay with waiting for a call from All Points Plumbing.

Monday the 10th came and went without a call. So Tuesday the 11th at 4:33PM I called All Points Plumbing to try to find out when they planned on coming. The dispatch person I spoke to told me her name was "Alexis". After explaining my situation, Alexis apparently looked at the history of the ticket and informed me I would have to call back into Old Republic Home Warranty to "recall" the ticket and essentially get back in line for my water heater issue. This did not set well with me at all because it was NOT what was agreed upon by me and the representative from All Points Plumbing (Will) agreed to. So, I told Alexis that was "Bullshit" - well, this upset Alexis very much and she told me not to use that language with her. I IMMEDIATELY recognized I was in the wrong by saying that and apologized for saying that and asked if we could get past it and pleaded with her to PLEASE not make me call back through Old Republic - I would rather continue working with them since we were already this far into the troubleshooting and have identified a faulty part. Alexis put me on hold again.

When the hold was removed, I was then speaking to "Keith" who claimed to be a master plumber there. Alexis apparently was so upset that I had used a bad word she handed the call off. Keith was very upset with me and after we said hello to each other, Keith immediately asked if I was the person using profanity with Alexis. I told Keith exactly what I had said and also told him I apologized immediately and tried to get to the issue at hand. He told me they had closed the ticket as "resolved/fixed" as soon as they left my home. He was more interested in berating me for cursing at his employee (which again, I immediately recognized I was in the wrong AND apologized). I pleaded with him and explained to him how I had called Will less than 10 minutes after he left my house AND how Will (All Points Plumbing) agreed to the gas control valve being the issue AND that Will assured me someone from All Points Plumbing would be calling to schedule the appointment for part replacement. Keith told me that Will's notes indicated I called TWO HOURS after leaving (which was COMPLETELY FALSE information) and the ticket was closed as far as they were concerned. Keith THEN felt it was necessary to explain the difference between "Home Warranty" and "Home Insurance" which was COMPLETELY unnecessary and very unprofessional (and irrelevant). The guy just wanted to argue with me and was being a complete jerk who was not interested in any customer service for me to resolve the issue. I was extremely upset with the interaction with Keith and at that point I decided there was NO WAY I wanted him or any other liar or unprofessional personnel from All Points Plumbing coming to my home - EVER. I do NOT recommend using this company!

Arman was awesome! He worked hard trying to find the blockage, and was finally successful ! He was polite and courteous . All Points Plumbing is in constant contact with maps showing where the tech is coming from and when he will arrive. Highly recommended this company and ask for Arman to service you

Was forced yo use them because they are associated with American Home Shield. When TJ came out very friendly started working on my clogged kitchen drain. Plunged a little while, got the snake (25') ran it down once, then said he would be back with something for sure that would do the trick and he would be back ASAP. He just had to get the ok from the company and be back in a day or two at the most "don't worry". Had to call AHS a couple of days later, BC all points would never answer my call nor call me back. TJ had put in his report that I "" had misused my kitchen sink"??? Claim denied! Requested a second opinion... today SAP plumbing came out ,brought a longer snake 5 min later drain was unclogged and he was on his way. So a hard no for All points plumbing
