I recently had a plumbing problem. The Water softener blew a plug and water was pouring into my basement with the only way to stop it was to shut the main off. We had no water. I called All Plumbing & Sew Service. They had a plumber to my house in about 1 hour. Keith was the plumber. He did a great job getting it fixed, and we had water again.
Keith did a great job, and their price was fair.
I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had another great experience with All Plumbing and Sewer Services inc.
I had a leak in the Master bath tub faucet. It was apparently leaking behind the wall, and I didn't notice it until water was coming through the downstairs ceiling. I called and spoke with Joe, Saturday morning explaining my problem. He said without hesitation he could be at my house in 2 hrs. He was here in 1 hr. Assessed fixed the leak. His price was a fair price for the job.
I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

We woke up to water coming out of our floor drain. Originally called roto-rooter (mistake) and was not happy with the estimate or the technician. Called All Plumbing based on neighbor recommendations. Left a message and they got back quickly and showed up at the house within 90 minutes. The plumber they sent was straightforward and friendly. Gave me a price and was ready to get to work immediately. They needed to get into our drain by going through the pipe under the toilet and within minutes he had the toilet pulled and was clearing the drain. Kept us apprised of the progress and got the work done quickly. I could tell this guy knew what he was doing and wasn't trying to upsell or do unnecessary work. He was maybe here for 90 minutes and he replaced the toilet (with a new wax ring) and our drains were clear. He also let us know what to do (including how/why we could work with the village) if we have future issues. Took a scary situation and handled it 100% professionally. Local company that I cannot recommend enough. Have already contacted them to do other work.

We had sewage backing up into our basement after heavy rains. Recently, our connection to the sewer was clogged and it shut down our ability to use water inside the home. We had two other plumbers come out and suggest $2,500 - $4,500 worth of work to solve the issue. Last, I called ALL PLUMBING & SEWER SERVICES and left a message. Sue called me back right away. Keith and Collin were at my home to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. They returned the next day at noon, installed an access valve on the main stack, rodded the outflow clog, extracted our non working garbage disposal, installed new piping, cleared a bathroom sink drain, and repaired a toilet seat in two hours flat. And they did it for LESS THAN HALF of the two previous estimates. The staff provided basic education on the problem and even made recommendations on how to maintain the health of our plumbing so we don't have continued issued. I will continue using these guys, and I definitely would recommend them!!

Over this past weekend, sewage was coming out of our floor drain in the basement. We called all plumbing and left an urgent voicemail. Joe called back immediately... on a Sunday (Conference championship nfl Sunday to be specific) and said he'd be there within the hour. He arrived likely 20 minutes later while we're frantically cleaning disgusting regurgitated waste that was filling our basement floor.
He began work right away, in freezing cold temperatures and within 30 minutes, had our pipes rotted out and had us back up and running. He told us what the issue was so we could do some preventative care in the future.
Bottom line, Joe was responsive, empathic, kind and quick. Can't beat that. I hope whatever teams he's rooting for this weekend wins because he saved our Sunday. We'll only use All plumbing moving forward. Thank you, Joe!!!

They are a 100 star company!!! Our family had a major plumbing disaster this August and the family owned and operated plumbing company came to our rescue. Joe (father) Tony (son) Sue (daughter) Keith (son-in-law) and several other wonderful young men worked tirelessly to get our plumbing problem fixed. Any other company would have dug up our entire sidewalk and yard to located the broken pipe, but not Joe and his family! They worked at our home for 2 days non-stop. They located the problem and repaired it in a professional manner. Sue in the main office was absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. I highly recommend any family having any plumping needs to call All Plumbing and Sewer!

I highly recommend All Plumbing. They provide plumbing services at a fair price and stand behind their work.

I have used them many times over the years and not once have I been disappointed. They are on time, clean and won't try to sell you additional services you don't need.

Recently the stationary tub wouldn't drain. I called All Plumbing and they were out the next day. I assumed it was the main line that needed rodding, as that has been the problem in the past. But it turned out to be a second line. The problem was quickly diagnosed and solved.

I'd add more, but now that I have a working stationary tub I'm heading back downstairs to finish the laundry.

Over 20 plus years of utilizing this company for my homes and my mothers. Always received the quickest and most courteous service from Joey. No issue has been too small for his personal attention. Extremely affordable prices, especially for my elderly mother on her fixed income. I recently had the water heater replaced and the company provided the same size and style for a reasonable price. The two workers who came out to do the work were very professional, friendly and treated my home with great care. After the installation was finished the area of the basement was left cleaner than before they started. Even my cobweb collection was gone! Covid restrictions were also followed precisely. As long as I continue to live in their coverage area, I will be calling day or night to have all of my needs taken care of.

We had a hole in our kitchen drain pipe and Nick came and was able to put a new PVC pipe in our basement ceiling. He worked quickly and efficiently and was also able to relight our pilot light to our hot water heater too. He was timely and very friendly and explained everything very clearly to us. The price was also very reasonable. I would be happy to recommend All Plumbing and Sewer Services to anyone else. They are truly fantastic!

When my sewer backed up for the second time in about 35 days, I called the village of lombard. The village stopped by and suggested I call someone to clean out my sewer. It turned out to be tree roots. All Plumbing & Sewer came by and fixed my sewer, and took care of the tree roots so we could get back to normal life. From now on I will call them first. The other place simply didn't do the job for us.
They also give a much better guarantee than the other place. Simply fantastic.
