One star only because I couldn't give it no stars! This man was sent out to fix a plugged toilet by the Amazon Home Warranty co. Turns out it wasn't just a plugged toilet but the cast-iron pipes needed to be replaced. $800 later I discovered 2 weeks after it was ""fixed"" that every joint was leaking. This man wouldn't answer my phone calls and even the Amazon Home Warranty company couldn't get him to come fix the problem. In addition the toilet plugged up again. Now more that 2 months later I finally had a real plumber fix the problem. This man, Alan Barr, is not a licensed plumber or a contractor. Why the Home Warranty company would use an unlicensed plumber is beyond me. The haven't heard the last of me yet!!! He even was on Fox 6's Contact 6 in 2016 for basically the same thing. Taking money and not doing the job.

Okay!!! Wow!!! What can I say besides the work and professionalism were top notch! I am totally recommending!!!

I work third shift and when I came home to do laundry in the morning I saw that my basement was flooded and that It needed to be dealt with. I contacted all plumbing and the folks that came out were AMAZING. Not only did they clean the basement, but also discovered the source of the problem and fixed it in a flash. The service was great. Thank you all Plumbing Sewer Drain and Restoration!!!

Very disappointed in my service. I have a home warranty service, this company was sent to my residence and when he showed up, he didn't have the right supplies. Was supposed to come back the next day but didn't. He came back 2 days later and I had to pay him first. Not a big deal, but I'm supposed to get reimbursed by my warranty company. But the Technician refuses to submit a letter of receipt for the work he did. Not only that, he's not answering any phone calls or anything. It's been over a week and still no one can get in contact with him. Not the warranty company, not myself. He's just refuses to answer his phone. Wtf is wrong with these crappie ass businesses and their terrible customer service. Very dissatisfied, very disappointed, and extremely unprofessional. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLUMBER

Choice home warranty set up a appt for him to come and replace a water heater in my house. When I talked to him said he needed address and pics to speed up process. Well warranty company should have gave him all my information. Called at 2:00 in afternoon and said i was suppose to call to verify appt time. That is wrong because my appt time was set up thru warranty company between 11 and 3. Told me had 2 more people ahead be about 5 before i would see him. 5:30 rolls around and nothing, i reached out and said he was having trouble with a faucet, would i be up for awhile. Said well I'm not going anywhere, I need this fixed. Mind you I've been out of hot water for 4 days now. says to send pics of water heater serial # to speed up process, be careful he can claim he did work and get paid while not laying a hand on anything. For starters if he's having trouble with a faucet, why would i want you putting in a water heater. So I took off of work to sit all day and he never even showed up call. This guy wont even respond to my calls now or warranty company calls, be careful he's shady. Plus when you do a google search says company is permanetely closed, his comment is he's on yellow pages now or something, this is only reason I called to see if it was a legit company. Shame on this guy karma will catch up with you.

This guy won't even get one star from me. Taking advantage of takes complete advantage of customer. Works for choice home Warrenty. Al uses tis agency as a way to enter into your home, only comes after office hours of operation, so you can't call or contact the Warrenty company, gives you a false estimate and assessment, that's deadly and close to death example toxic chemicals are leaking in your home and and will kill you is the lie he told me. Stated that the Warrenty company will and always denied all claims in attempt to assure you getting the best and most effective and efficient technician always request him he work for the people, thus man collected cash money. Stated will purchase parts and the appointment was scheduled for 7:00 the next morning had not arrived as of yet. I did call the home warranty to report this individual. Waiting on assistant from agency. I'm writing this review because I pleaded with him to not take advantage of home owners who are hard working and looking for professionalism when entering into your home and is virtually vulnerable and needing honesty and a honesty repair cost. Guy came out and would only take cash. In a pandemic? Said he was taken advantage of in the past. That has nothing to do with me, a new customer. You don't think asking for cash only doesn't make a customer feel they're being taken advantage of? Next!
