Vincent replaced our main sewer line out to the street just 6 months ago and we are already having issues with it backing up. The contract states there is a 10 year warranty but the phone number listed on the contract and online are disconnected and we are unable to get ahold of him to correct the issue. Very frustrating.

Further to my posint of 4/13/2023, I am adding photos of the $1800. invoice as the non code compiant work by all plumbing and the work by another company.
Beside the large overcharge for the work, when it does not meet code, it could create problems later, during a home sale, for example.
APP promised to return the $900 already paid, but did not follow through.
Considering the quality of work, I wonder if these installer are actually licensed?

All Plumbing Pros came to hook up a gas line to a new water heater. They determined that the gas line approx. 20 ft away from the new heater was too small. When they checked under the house for an adequate line, they said there wasn't a line they could connect in the crawl space and that they would have to string a 100 ft line through the crawl space, to the gas meter, at the other end of the house as well as go through the foundation at the gas meter.
After providing a $900 deposit, I had to call them to come and finish the job. They completed the job and left very quickly after charging $1800, as a flat fee to go 100 plus ft. I thought the charge was for running a pipe gas line that distance and going through the foundation at the gas meter. Instead, they used a flexible pipe for a total distance of approx. 30 ft.
Also, they tapped into an existing line that they claimed did not exist. They did not go near the gas meter at all. They later sent an invoice saying the charge was for 150 ft. The home is hardly 80 ft in total including the garage.
When the city inspector checked the install, it did not meet code. All Plumbing Pro said they would correct it, but did not show up. Another company came to replace the All Plumbing lines and redo the whole job. Their rate for this install was a more reasonable $350.
We are senior citizens on fixed income. Perhaps because of us being seniors and me being a little frail due to recent heart surgeries they felt they could take advantage.

Very thankful to have found all plumbing pros! Had an issue with our main line and they took care of it quickly. Hard working and transparent about what needs to be done. Reasonably priced and professional - highly recommend. We will be using for any future plumbing needs at our primary and rental properties.
