I will not use All Plumbing again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them!! PROS: They came within an hour of me calling them for a leaking and stopped up toilet. The service guys and the ladies in the office were very professional and nice. CONS: I paid $632 for 3 hours of work, which included them pulling the toilet, replacing the wax ring, replacing the connection between the tank and the bowl and unstopping the toilet. The way I was explained the charges, I was expecting around $400. Later that night, water was running from the tank to the bowl and the water was cutting on every 3 minutes to fill up the tank. I called the office the next day to report the issue of the running water and to get a complete breakdown of the charges. This is exactly what I was sent from Greg:
JOB BREAKDOWN: LABOR 2.92 HOURS $511.00, MATERIAL $91.00, EQUIPMENT $25.00, FUEL $5.00, TOTAL $632.00***
$175 an hour for labor!!! So when they were here repairing the toilet, they took about a 15 minute phone call from someone else on another job. Ok, if you are billing by the hour then they owe me at least $40 back.
When Greg returned my call, I told him that the charges were never clearly explained to me as to add up to over $600. They gave me a base price of about $200 to pull the toilet, then it would $50 for the new connector part and then $200 to unclog the toilet. I told him that if they are billing by the hour, then they need to refund me for the phone call they took while here. Then Greg said they don't bill by the hour but they bill by the task. WHAT?!?! You just emailed me a breakdown of the charges BY THE HOUR. Then he said that he would talk to the guy that came to my house and that he would call me back the next day. I asked why call the next day and not later that day. He said that he wasn't going to bother the guy will he was on a job. I guess they can only be bothered by other service guys!! Guess what Greg has never called me back!!
As to the running water, they were supposed to send someone to my house the next day around 4pm. No one was at my house by 4:20. I called the office again and they said they were sending someone to my house then, which led me to feel like they had forgotten about me. At 4:50, no one had arrived at my house. I called the office back and told them they could tell who was ever on there way not to bother, I couldn't wait any longer.
I will never use All Plumbing and at this point I don't want them to even correct the running water from the tank to the bowl. Their prices are outrageous, I feel completely taken advantage of and not valued as a customer!!

We had a clog further in our pipes than we thought. Honestly, the first plumbing service I called (just randomly) was rude, was supposed to call back with an appointment time and never received a call back. Luckily, I found the number to ALL and I am so very happy that I did. Not only did I get great customer service on the phone, but the technician was so great. He even stayed late and he didn't rush to get the job done. Very nice, courteous, PROFESSIONAL company and will be my only only choice.

These guys did a good job on the work, friendly folks, but got a bad taste about the cost. Over the phone, for a tankless hot water system, it was $3200, and Greg told me and separately my husband, that that was standard price and that these projects were pretty much all the same. Once we had them come out to do the work (after comparing with another company) suddenly there were almost $400 in ""supplies"" needed. When I protested, the worker found a way to eliminate over $100 worth, but then when he called his boss, it went back to a little MORE than the quote before he discounted it...say what??! I had assumed a company with such a good rating would be true to their word, but learn from my mistake and don't trust that what they tell you over the phone is accurate. Otherwise it seems they find a way to jack up the price.

I called this company at the opening of business on 7/19/19. We set up an appointment for 3 PM. Advised that I would not be there but my significant other would be there. Advised representative that if my significant other made it back before then, I would call and let them know but he would be there at 3 PM. I received two calls(3:04 & 4:21). I received 2 voicemails. The first one stated was trying to see if you still needed service and the last one stated a technician could be there in 10 minutes. Technician never showed up So once I get off, I called and a technician calls me back to advise me that it will be ($145) because it was after hours. Like how the hell you charge extra and you never showed up for the appointment in the 1st place. So he got in contact with dispatcher, Tina, who stated she called twice and texted me with no response. The text was a lie; never received a text message. If I never made a change to the appointment, come as planned. So I called on 7/22 as they opened up for business no answer. After that i received a call and voicemail. After voicemail, I received a text message from them (something that was not done on Friday but able to do it on this morning 7/22). I stepped away and called. Tina stated it was policy if you don't answer, they will not send anyone even though the Customer never made any change to the original appointment time. She wanted to add my significant other number to account. She didn't ask for it on Friday when she knew he was the one that would be there. Had I known that policy, I would have added him on there. They are not a bad company but they dropped the ball on this one.

I just had these guys come out to my house to fix our frozen pipes last week during the Monroe Freeze.
The two that were sent out were very professional and they diagnosed the problem before tearing anything up at all.
In fact, the problem wasn't a pipe burst at all. They discovered our sewage system was backing up.
They took the time to find that out before doing a bunch of unnecessary procedures, leaving our lawn a wreck and charging us for it.
Instead, they were precise and fixed the problem in just a couple hours. They also periodically came into the home and answered any questions we had.
The problem was fixed that day. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs plumbing!

Since can't give a ... negative 1... as a rating will go with a plain ""1"". A neighbor called and told us the hot water heater had burst on back porch, flooding the porch, back & front yards, with water continuing to flow. Called the client. This was an EMERGENCY. The only thing they could do would possibly be "" TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY "" ....FIVE DAYS later, with water flowing plus NO HOT water. We did not question weekend pricing, etc. But to be known for their Customer Service, I think not.
.... btw, called another company, along with time getting parts needed, took no longer than 1.5 hours, and a hot shower before bed.

We have used them in the past with no problem but this time they clearly took advantage of my 80 year old Mom. Toilet in hall bathroom would occasionally run but not even once a week. Nothing major but she wanted to have it looked at. They offered two options but recommended the higher priced option. They replaced the fill valve, ring and supply line for $235. When she called them to question being overcharged they told her that they gave her a senior citizens discount of $11.75. Really??? They also said they do jobs by a flat rate. I looked online at parts and the parts shouldn't have even been $50.
Extremely disappointed and will never use them again.
