I highly recommend Cory for the following reasons!
1) Quick and timely response. I need have my water heater fixed in two days. Cory has always responded to my inquiries and questions in a timely matter.
2) Delivered what he promised. I told Cory we will arrive our property Friday evening. He said he would get us hot water ready. And the hot water was ready when we arrived.
3) Honesty and saved us lots of money. Another plumber company said we would need to have our water heater replaced. So I committed to Cory to replace our water heater. However, Cory found our water heater is fixable so he had it just fixed. Thus, he saved us lots of money.

So I highly recommend him. Thank you very much, Cory!

Do not use this plumbing company. I hired them to put in a new gas line. All the other plumbers were booked for weeks and now I know why this company was available. They way over charged me for their work. It cost twice what the other companies quoted. Also after they left, I could smell gas around the new line they put in. I called Cory, the owner, several times over a few days asking for him to check on the gas smell. He never return any of my phone call. He got paid and split! I have had a lot of work done on my house and this company is by far the worst I have had to deal with. Run away!

I left three messages over the course of two weeks requesting new service. No answer, no return call. There is absolutely no excuse for this. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and care for the customer.

Cory was awesome!!!! My tenants gas was turned off and when Southwest gas came to turn it back on they said that there had been a small fire that caught the insulation and they wouldn't light the pilot. Her Hot water heater had been out for 2 days when she finally told me what was going on. She told me Sunday night and I franticly called All Plumbing and Heating Service, explained the situation and he went over within an hour.

I called him back (he was super busy and forgot) and told me that he was able to relight it, there was NO sign of fire, no gas leaks, and stated that he recommended I get a knew valve thingy but that it wasn't an emergency and there was no issue.

I appreciate his honesty and ability to get over there quickly.

Thank you Cory, I'll use you when I need that new valve thingy!

Tracy stayed at our house until our difficult clog was cleared and charged a great price. He went above and beyond and fixed another issue he noticed while clearing the pipe. I don't want to have to call a plumber again, but with an old, crotchety house, I know I will. I'll be calling All Plumbing again when the time comes!

Scheduled an appointment for last Thursday a couple of days before (on Tuesday). Thursday morning, I called to confirm that I had an appointment at 1:30pm because it takes me 1.5 hours just to drive out to the property specifically for the emergency plumbing appointment. I received confirmation of the appointment over the phone, so I made the drive and arrived well before 1:30pm just to be safe.

1:30 came and went, and no one showed up. I tried calling but no one picked up. 2:30 came and went. 3:30. 4:30. I ended up waiting and calling (and even emailing) for hours and hours without being able to reach anyone. No one showed up that day and I drove 1.5 hours back home close to midnight.

It's a couple of days later now, and this business has yet to return my calls, voicemail, and email to explain why they were a no show.

We had a broken pipe in our shower on a Sunday. The break was just behind the wall of the shower which is made of concrete. Tracy came out right away and got to work fixing the problem (which first involved chiseling the concrete to get to the pipe). He got the problem fixed and a new spout/diverter installed in a short time. We are 100% satisfied.
