What a joke company. Made an appointment a week or two out, confirmed the appointment the day before, was told between 9:30 and 10:30 am, I called them at 12:00 to get an estimate of any arrival time but no answer, left message. they no showed. The office called at 4:50pm and said they were sorry no one came.

I had a great experience with All Plumbing & Heating and the installation of our tank-less water heater. From scheduling, coordinating and receiving updates from Susan, to the work getting done by Cory, Joe and other team members, I was very satisfied.
We did have a slight scheduling delay, in part due to the weather and the holidays. However, they were able to get things done before family came to town which really helped. My only other suggestion would be to get direct updates from Cory or the other installers, so there's no delay or go between with Susan.

I contracted with Corey to run a gas line to my fireplace to convert it from wood to gas. Corey was prompt and did a good job without me present and installed my gas log set.
Given the trustworthy experience, I paid him before final inspection sign-off. My mistake. He met the inspector but didn't pass inspection because he didn't include a sediment trap as part of the gas line.
Over the course of the next few months Corey ignored my repeated calls, texts, and emails to finish the job. While the fireplace worked as Corey installed it, without passing inspection I doubt I could get another permit issued for anything else, and my insurance company would definitely have a problem covering me should anything happen.

I gave up on Corey and hired another plumber to finish the job. Corey is likely a fine plumber, but I'd recommend not paying him until you pass inspection.

This is the worst company to deal with. Cory did work on my heater and did not finish the job, collected his fee and disappeared. I had water leakage and asked him to come back to take a look. He promised a time and never showed up. Thereafter did not answer phone calls and messages. I had to get help from another contractor. Turns out Cory did an ordinary job with the heater which the other contractor had to fix. Very unprofessional.

Hmmm...another typical Tahoe business? Cory never showed up for the appointment and did not answer his phone when we called. I have come to fully expect this with Tahoe people,but it is still annoying. We have a more reliable guy coming on Friday. One who actually cares about his business and customer service

Tracy came out and took care of business, freed up the drain, reinstalled the trap I'd put in and replaced the sink flange, in about 75 minutes. Thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. Excellent -

Contacted All Plumbing and Heating Service and received a return call right away. They are professional and courteous.
Corey gave me an estimate to replace my old tank hot water heater with a tankless. The quote was reasonable and below other quotes that I had received,
The work was done professionally. Thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed.

I highly recommend Cory for the following reasons!
1) Quick and timely response. I need have my water heater fixed in two days. Cory has always responded to my inquiries and questions in a timely matter.
2) Delivered what he promised. I told Cory we will arrive our property Friday evening. He said he would get us hot water ready. And the hot water was ready when we arrived.
3) Honesty and saved us lots of money. Another plumber company said we would need to have our water heater replaced. So I committed to Cory to replace our water heater. However, Cory found our water heater is fixable so he had it just fixed. Thus, he saved us lots of money.

So I highly recommend him. Thank you very much, Cory!

Do not use this plumbing company. I hired them to put in a new gas line. All the other plumbers were booked for weeks and now I know why this company was available. They way over charged me for their work. It cost twice what the other companies quoted. Also after they left, I could smell gas around the new line they put in. I called Cory, the owner, several times over a few days asking for him to check on the gas smell. He never return any of my phone call. He got paid and split! I have had a lot of work done on my house and this company is by far the worst I have had to deal with. Run away!
