Kenneth G.I have given this business two full months to remedy a situation they caused without success. I contacted this plumber to repair 3 things. I paid him a total of just under $500 which was mostly for labor. One of the repairs involved rotating a bathroom faucet handle because it was facing the wrong way. He did that, but he also broke a piece off the end of the faucet. He told me he would take care of it. That was two months ago and every time I use the faucet since then, the water that comes out backs up and essentially floods the counter. I reached out several times and received either convenient excuses or delays, IF I got a response at all. When I told him I was going to post this in my review, his comment was he didn't break it. Well, there was no leak before he worked on it and there has been a leak ever since. Since customer service and building a solid network is so important for any small business, I am shocked at the horrible customer service and disregard for a paying customer. I would never use this guy again or recommend him to anyone. Buyer beware.
John B.Had all plumbing out to look at some work that I needed done they sent a guy out named kurt and to be honest this guy seemed totally clueless, I almost think I may know more about plumbing than he did I gracefully let him provide me with an estimate, said goodbye and laughed as he drove away....I wouldn't let a company that hires people like this guy kurt even unclog my toilet.....
