All Plumbing was the second company my home warranty referred me to and after the ClusterF that was the first company (looking at you Bishop), I received a call almost immediately from Jason who said he could get to me today, kept in contact about ETA's and was super clean and tidy about his repair. He accidently shook out drywall out of his work blanket on our porch (absolutely NO big deal) but he apologized and said he would clean it up upon completion (and he totally did!). Jason kept me updated about the repair , advised the sound would be loud, etc...Job was finished in about 2 hours start to finish (including a quick trip for supplies) and the water is flowing once again our house. I could not be more pleased with our service from All Plumbing and Drain Solutions. I will be requesting them EVERY time we have any kind of plumbing related issue in this house.

During these difficult and extremely busy times... Jason came to my rescue after Wallner Plumbing RUINED a recommendation. Jason had already done a great job at my cousins house. After I commented to her, about my horrible experience, she suggested Jason w/All Plumbing. Jasón was professional, understanding and took the time to listen to my problem. He was able to trouble shoot my homes needs. He immediately wrote me out an estimate and scheduled my major leak to be fixed. I'm still waiting for the estimate from Wallner... and Jason has already completed the Job!!! Thanks a Million Jasón and I can't appreciate you enough for relieving me of my stress. WE will continue to refer your company and WE definitely will use your services again soon.

Woke up Saturday morning to find water running out from behind a recessed light in our kitchen. I turned off the water main to the house and called our home warranty company and they scheduled All Plumbing and Drain Solutions to come out.

After a run-around from them, I learned All Plumbing and Drain Solutions wouldn't be out until Monday ""sometime."" I figured I would give All Plumbing and Drain Solutions and see if they would be able for them to come out earlier than Monday since their Yelp description says they do pipe repair as well as emergency services.

Whoever answered the phone was curt and unsympathetic to say the least. I explained the scenario and he was not interested in assisting in any way.

He recommended I keep the water main to the house turned off until he could diagnose the problem on Monday...thanks for the great tip.

Rude and unhelpful. They may do great work, but I never got the opportunity to find out.

I called another company and they were professional, responsive and came out the same day.
