These guys are professionals, they showed up with masks, gloves and they have booties.
They did hydro jet for the kitchen sink, and the build up was crazy. After completing the hydro jet, then ran a camera to make sure the pipes are cleared out, but Andy (the best guy ever) noted some areas that still have grease in there, so he reran the hydro jet again to make sure all clear.

Praise God.. the plumber has come, fixed the problem and gone. Shout out to ""All Plumbing & Air Solutions"" out of Riverside, Ca! This is a family owned business, a father (Joe) and his 2 sons (Alex & Andy)! They're so awesome, after I saw their Yelp reviews I was excited I got them through a referral from my home warranty company and they did not disappoint! Joe and Andy came and they were courteous, professional, COVID SAFE..and knowledgeable about what they were doing! They came out quick due to an emergency flood last night (they were the only 1 out of 5 companies called last night that responded) and they fixed the issue and educated me on some plumbing stuff, which I appreciate so much! I just truly and humbly thank God! Also, shout out to my home warranty company Fidelity National Home Warranty for keeping me posted even after midnight letting me know they would keep trying to get someone out A.S.A.P.!

Where do I start? This was the only company to accept the bid from our home warranty company. As a military family, we have moved A LOT and the warranty companies don't usually use the best service providers. This was NOT the case. From the very beginning, it was by far the best experience I've had...especially with plumbers (cue the scary, dramatic music). Ivette, the scheduler, was extremely polite and easy to work with. If you happen to not get Ivette, the other adorable lady that answers in Virginia, who is mama bear. This is a family company and it truly feels like dealing with family. Joe, papa bear and his two sons, Alex and Andy, had to make two visits to the house to first inspect and then replace/service our water heaters. One was 15 years old and needed to go and the other had never been serviced. Joe had the engineer for the water heater company on speed dial and spent a few hours troubleshooting everything. He went to bat with the warranty company to have the old heater replaced and they did an amazing job installing and getting everything up to code. They even fixed our kitchen faucet, a leak in the kitchen, and a few other loose ends around the house. Simply the best experience working with a company. They were punctual, hard working and genuine good people. Please use them for all your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed!

Our shower lost pressure and stopped producing hot water this past weekend so I reached out to All Plumbing & Air Solutions and they arrived on time as promised and quickly fixed my shower the next day. Respectful of the pandemic, they demonstrated excellent safety precautions to ensure that my family and I felt safe, which is really important to us right now. Yesterday this company came out to help me with a clog in my shower. I called on Sunday for an appointment on Monday and they made it out here the next morning BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. The reps they sent were so professional and polite. The window they gave me was 10-12:00, but he called me at about 8:45 and said they could come early if I was available...YES PLEASE! Who wants to wait around all day for a service provider. They had shoe booties, LOVE... and they wore mask. They finished quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services. A+ service. Also, I must mention the girl that made my appointment was super nice and helpful as well. Thank you all around!
