The 2 gentlemen who came to fix my water heater were nice and thorough. They deemed it unrepairable and said they would report that to the warranty company for replacement. However, that report was not submitted for 9 days after the service appointment. It's been over 2 weeks now that i haven't had hot water. Obviously very inconvenient!

We had a main line water leak right after the handoff from the municipal water district. The leak was discovered late on a Thursday afternoon. I originally hired a ""friend of a friend"" to repair the leak, which failed after his first attempt (completed at 11pm at night). He said he'd be back in the morning and ever returned. We ended up getting a referral to Joe at All Plumbing Friday morning. After a single call, Joe and Oscar were in sight within two hours and began the repair. Not only was the repair done perfectly, they even cleaned up the mess that the other guy left.

While I hope to never need a plumber again, I would certainly give Joe at All Plumbing a call.

Joe and Oscar were professional, friendly and efficient. They explained everything that needed to get done; and when everything was complete, the final price was exactly the same as the original estimate.

I would not recommend this business as they told me that I will have to wait 5 days before someone could come out.

It's Friday and the lady on the phone told me that it would be next Wednesday at the earliest. Our hot water heater is down and have no hot water in the house.

This is so unacceptable especially for a 24/7 business. I certainly do not recommend this business at all.

All Plumbing & Air Solutions is without question a superior company! I needed a new water heater which is a priority when there isn't any hot water. My first call was with Joe - he really impressed me as he was professional, caring and really knew about water heaters. He explained the process as our unit was possibly under warranty and he told me he would send someone out same day to take the required photos to send into the company to see if covered. He also stated he would immediately search for the replacement part as we all know there are supply chain issues. The next morning (as company was closed previous day for the holiday) Joe let me know the unit was covered under the warranty, the part had been located and it would be installed later in the day! I spoke with Yvette to set up the appointment and she was very courteous. Alex was the installer and was professional, wore a mask and gloves, cleaned up the area and sent photos. We have had many plumbers over the years and not one was at this high level. All Plumbing & Air Solutions is professional and they do what they say they are going to do which isn't the norm in this industry. I highly recommend them! Thank you to Joe, Alex and Yvette for providing exceptional service! We will be recommending your company to all our friends and family!
