Contacted Joe via phone on a reference from a neighbor who highly recommended him. We needed a radiator installed in our family room as well as in our kitchen. Joe never called us back. Needless to say, we went with someone else who did a great job and who was very responsive. When I told our neighbor Joe had never called back, she was surprised and disappointed.

I want to start by saying my wife and mother-in-law have used Joe a few times in the past and he's done good work and responded promptly, which is why I'm so dissapointed in my most recent experience. About a month ago I called Joe about my leaking toilet. He came over and diagnosed the problem and said he'd be back on a specific date at a specific time to fix the toilet. The night before he was supposed to come back he called me to postpone to another date. On that day he called me to postpone to yet ANOTHER day. On that third different day he never showed up or called. I called him a few times and he texted me apologizing and said he would call me to set a day to come fix my toilet, weeks after I originally called him. I still haven't heard from Joe despite numerous phone calls. He postponed twice and completely blew me off the third time. Also, the one time he did originally come he had no reservations about telling me how gaudy he felt my bathroom fixtures are. (I rent, I didn't choose the color of the sink and toilet.) Quite unprofessional. Unfortunately I need a new plumber as I won't be calling Joe anymore.

Read a good review posted about Joe at All Pipes Plumbing and gave him a call. Was very friendly and took the time to listen to my issue with my ejector pump and give me some suggestions to look into my problem even before the appointment. Appointment set-up was very easy. Will use Joe at All Pipes Plumbing again.

Let me start this with you by saying that we've had many plumbers since we begin homeownership 15 years ago. Joe from all pipes plumbing is by far one of the best players we have ever heard of. He is very honest and explain the entire process to you. If something is going to be costly, he let you know all of the cost upfront as well as other options that may be available to you. If a plumbing/heating part is expensive he will tell you to come with him to purchase it just so you can realize how expensive some of the plumbing parts are, and that he is not trying to take advantage of you financially.
Joe always arrives on time, and leaves his workspace cleaner then he found it! We have used Joe for a new hot water heater, a sump pump which uses water pressure instead of electricity for removing water, new kitchen sink as well as many other plumbing and heating needs throughout our home. Our neighbors have also use Joe and all of them have raved about how great he is.. He stands behind his work as well, and has come by a few days afterward to check up to make sure that we are happy with his work.
