Making a decision to repipe my home is tough. I have been dwelling on the idea for over 6 months, and after getting 5 estimates from various contractors, I was flustered and still cannot make up my mind. But after speaking with George from All Pipes Plumbing, I made my decision right on the spot. His experience, knowledge, honesty and sincerity got me totally convinced that he is the right man for the job (not to mention that his bid is also the lowest). He did not promise to finish the job in one day, which I am always skeptic about the quality of the workmanship. George is a perfectionist, and rather do the job right than to rush through it. He also came up with very innovative ways to replace the old pipes without cutting up any of my walls. Not only did George did what he promised, but also went above and beyond his responsibility (including removing 2 dead rats and a dead cat from the crawlspace, and found the source of my rodents infestation). The quality of his work is so good that the final inspection took only 30 minutes (from other reviews, I found that some repipe jobs require multiple visits from the inspector). George knows the codes very well, and did everything that is expected before the inspection. I am so happy with my experience that I already have a few projects lined up for Georg, such as installing a sewer clean-out and replacing the indoor drain lines (another potential problem). Thanks to the raving reviews from Yelp and NextDoor, I am very happy to have found a ""plumber for all seasons""!

I strongly recommend George to everyone who needs professional plumbing work done well. He is very knowledgeable and highly experienced, also he is a respectful person. We had a new shower system installed by another plumber, who fliped the hot/cold cartridge, and the hot valve closed. 3 other plumbers couldn't know how to fix it without opening the tiles/walls. George came and fixed it within 40 minutes without opening the tiles/wall at all. He is very friendly and punctual. His charge is very reasonable too.

Excellent work -- 6 plus stars! I am so thankful that a friend told me about this great plumber she found. He is now my plumber too. Experienced, professional, efficient, thorough, polite, honest and just one of the nicest people you could ever meet.

(1) George from All Pipes Plumbing replaced my old sewer line last year. After vetting several other plumbers, he was definitely the right choice. All the other plumbers said they would start by digging next to the sidewalk to search for the sewer line. He located the line first, then dug which minimized the amount of trenching done to my lawn. I asked all the plumbers about saving the grass that they would remove so that it could be put back after the work was done. Not all the other plumbers wanted to do this, but George said he assumed that was what I wanted. The grass was placed in a tarp; a few days later George neatly put it back and watered it after the job was completed. Now the lawn looks great and you cannot even see where the trenching was done. After he tamped down the ground there was a small pile of leftover dirt so he hauled it away. Then he hosed off the sidewalk so the job site was neat and clean. George took care of the permitting process with the city and gave me the permit after everything was done. (One of the other plumbers I vetted told me he would handle everything with the city but I would never need to see the permit; this sounded sketchy to me.)

(2) A couple of months ago I hired All Pipes Plumbing for another major plumbing project to replace all the original outgoing pipes/drains under my house which have been a problem for years. He took photos and showed me the poor condition of the corroded and clogged pipes which I already knew needed replacing. I also had him replace the bathroom sinks, faucets and vanities. My second Sears water softener was broken and George recommended a Pelican combination filter and water softener. I really like the Pelican combo system plus it is salt-free and better for the environment. George was so considerate in coordinating and minimizing the downtime when the plumbing would be unavailable. He and his son, Anthony, did an outstanding job from demolition, installation, haul away and clean up.

They turned off the water but forgot to turn off the hot water heater. As a result, our recirculation pump burned-out. After they replaced the pump, the hot and cold water got screwed-up. Cold comes out of the hot side and vice-versa and we can't adjust the temperatures.

It's been next to impossible to get them to come back to be accountable and repair the damage they caused.

We had to re-pipe our entire house ; almost all the pipes were rusted. We took quotes from several companies but at the end we settled with Allpipes. George has several decades of experience in plumbing and the moment you speak to him, you'll notice this. He's direct, honest and passionate about his work.

Not only did he repipe our house, we asked him to help us out in replacing the damaged wood flooring, gas line and several other things and he did an inch perfect job in everything.

He charged us a very reasonable price and didn't charge us penny for tiny little surprises that came along during re-piping. I really love his professionalism and work ethics !

Right now all our plumbing problems are solved, gas works great, the wood flooring he replaced is wonderful and I can't complain about anything.

We are also very good friends with him. We now take his opinion for any doubts we may have regarding home improvement.
