I DON'T AGREE WITH THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

I called Mark to come out and replace a shower valve for me. He was able to come to the jobsite the next day and arrived on time. After replacing the valve, he noticed that there was still a leak in the plumbing system. He performed immediate action and fixed the leak.

Mark was referred to me from a few home owners in La Jolla. I am so satisfied with his work that I will be using him again to perform 3 plumbing projects next week.

Mark is a man of few words, easy to communicate with and will get the job complete; on time and on budget!

I have to agree with Sam. Yelp is a soapbox for whining but not enough of us have the time speak up when we're happy with the service.
After connecting with two other plumbers (highly rated on Yelp go-figure) they never bothered to show up for the job.
With Mark you can expect very prompt service and a FAIR price.
I think you can see by his responsiveness to the nay-sayers below that he is, most of all, and Honest man.
He is a no BS salty character, much like myself, so we got along great. I learned a lot about plumbing and he'll be the ONLY call I make if I have issues ever again, and he'd be my only referral.

I'm perplexed by the 2 reviews I see as my experience was quite the opposite. He was easy to communicate with and would call me back within an hour of me calling. He was on time and did the work quickly and for a reasonable cost. Maybe these other reviews are looking for a warm and fuzzy plumber that will hold their hand and make them feel all right. This is not what he does nor what I would want in any plumber. I'll admit that he's a little gruff and a man of few words but he says what he does and charges what he says he will. So I would recommend his services without any qualms to anyone that asked.

Very difficult to work with. Avoid at all costs. He is unable to communicate well. He insults you for his bad workmanship and inability to explain the job

Very difficult to work with. Didn't fully honor contract. Had to return for almost each thing he ""fixed"" before it was right. Now, 2 years later when a lifetime warranty faucet manufacturer is asking for proof of purchase, he is completely ignoring us and won't get back.

Steer clear of this guy. He is no fun to work with.
