Had father and son over today to replace a toilet supply line and shut off valve. They arrived on time and did a through inspection of the project and then discussed the repairs with me. Timely repair and very clean job. They also took time to discuss and answer any other plumbing questions that I had. And I had many. I will recommend All Phases Plumbing to my friends and family.

I can't say enough positive things about ALL PHASES Plumbing & Repairs & Son! They are also an Insured, Bonded & Licensed Restoration company.
It's refreshing to work with local San Clemente Plumbers who have serviced our area for decades & not sold their name & company to one of the conglomerates operating in our town.
I had a kitchen leak yesterday & Mark Mestez with his son Charlie were out to fix it within hours. They took care of the problem & did not leave before checking my Water Heater to make sure everything was OK & asking questions about any other issues I was experiencing.
I have learned to call them for advice/estimates on many household issues such as roof, gutters, water pressure, slabs, drywall, just about everything, before talking with other companies. They know ALL the other reputable Contractors in our area & with their consultation help, you will save money, time & aggravation rather than dealing with contractors you do not know. Trust me, I have learned the hard way . . .

Marcus and his family are very hard workers and replaced our water heater for a fair price and did excellent work. I work for a insurance company and he has helped a lot of our insureds and they have nothing but good things to say about them. I would highly recommend All Phases Plumbing to anyone!

I'm dealing with this company for overcharging. It appears they have changed their name to all phases and son now. Don't use them. They charged 3x and even with proof they didn't use or do what they are changing for, they won't change the invoice. They filed a lein on my propert and basically made it tough for me to start my repairs because of this.

Eventually after some strong arm tactics they accepted the insurances offer (found out another person locally has the same issue going on).

I'd like to hear a reply about ""not having Mexicans work for them"" -- that is way past offensive and that bigotry should dissuade anyone from dealing with them. I have worked with ""family run"" co's and it is VERY OFTEN (always almost) a NOT merit-run organization, low accountability and lackluster management. I avoid ""family run"" -- i want the best and the brightest not a bunch of people who are ""related"" who may or may not be the most qualified or even sufficiently qualified.

No to ANY COMPANY or person that is narrow-minded and ignorant about a person's ethnic background or country of origin. It is essentially advertising how stupid you are. Not interested.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I am a contractor in San Clemente and I had a gas leak. Marcus and his son Charlie came out and found everything. They made a very expensive repair simple and cheaper. While they were there, they quickly diagnosed (electronically) that I had a water leak also. They worked every day without fail including the weekend prior to Christmas to make me whole for the holiday. I can not say enough about how refreshing it was to have a contractor work so hard and efficiently to make things work. He has a restoration/remediation leg to All Phases Plumbing called All Phases Restoration available that I would highly recommend if you have plumbing leaks. I literally did nothing but sign and he made everything perfect. Cant say enough about this operation!!

Three reasons to look elsewhere:
1. This guy's initial price to jackhammer to a pipe and replace it somehow magically inflated by $3,000 in a day. All sorts of reasons and excuses - none made any sense. When he completed the job, he acted as if he had just painted the ceiling on the Sistine Chapel or solved quantum theory. Such a BFD. He made sure we knew what a feat it was, like he was a miracle worker. It was a pain in the neck job, but nothing any competent, experienced plumber can't do in a day or two.

2. He talks WAY too much. Please, just do the work.

3. Worst of all, and the real reason for this poor review is his CASUAL RACIST REMARK. He emphasized that his family-owned business ""doesn't have any Mexicans"" working for him. He didn't get the memo that it is no longer 1959 and you aren't supposed to proudly display your bigotry. Also? ""Mexicans"" and central American workers are, in our experience, extremely desirable.

Well what can I say? Marcus and his family are the best I've ever seen! They helped with a slab leak and completed issue immediately and helped with a reoccurring issue that wasn't solved which saved us a lot of grief. No one can say it's ever a good time to have plumbing issues but when you do you'll be in a great hands. Thank you Marcus.

Sorry to update my great review of this company. I was so impressed one year ago with their service and called then back again. We've been waiting a week for them for a simple drain clean and they've now missed to appointments. Haven't heard from them and we were promised today we would be the first service call. Never heard from them and calls just went to voicemail. Scratch them off our list now. Not sure what's happened because we were so happy with service.

Justin came out to fix my garbage disposal through my home warranty service. Usually I'm very disappointed by the warranty plan but Justin was great. He fixed the problem quickly and has excellent professionalism and integrity.
