I had a leak, so I contacted my home warranty company. They put a rush on it, and we received a call back from Justin. He came out, and was on time. He assessed the problem, and ran many different tests, but it did not leak again. Home warranty told me to turn the water off, and in doing so some sediment went into the pinhole leak and while Justin was here we could not find the leak. Of course, a few days later it then started back up. I texted Justin, we both had the jump through hoops with the home warranty because they were going to send someone else out, from Riverside (over an hour away). Needless to say, Justin made it back out at the time he stated and fixed my problem. He is a great upstanding young man that is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will use them for any future issues. Great communication and service!! Thanks again!

I have a pinhole leak, and was speaking to Justin earlier in the day to get the pinhole fixed. He was very open about his costs. However I decided to do it on my own, with the help of my neighbor.
Justin is a true and decent human...others would have gotten upset, but not him.
Even though I did not use him on this job, his attitude towards me on the phone and via text makes him my goto person for future plumbing needs.
In this day and age, we are bombarded by so much data and conflicting information, its good to find a decent person out there. I'm going to add his number to my contacts for the future.

We had our first pipe leak as homeowners and our warranty company sent out Justin from All Phases. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. While this is something I'm sure any qualified plumber can do, what made working with Justin a great experience wasn't just that he fixed the leak; he was very professional, knowledgable, clearly explained to me the issue, kind, friendly, and genuine. We later had a run-in with our insurance company and over two weeks time, he spoke with multiple agents on our behalf, quickly answered phone calls and texts from us about the problem, and was willing to continue helping us in any way. He truly went above and beyond. If we ever have another plumbing problem, we are without a doubt calling Justin from All Phases!

The father and son both sound like they want to help. But, they came in to fix a problem and then caused a bigger problem. The son talked incessantly about plumbing problems that we didn't have. After he created a new problem that we didn't have before, he told us to call Roto-Rooter to fix his problem. He said he had to go to his next appointment and didn't have time to remedy the problem he created. He tried to sell us on the idea of cameras for an extra $400. He then drove off saying he did not have time to fix the problem that he caused. We called his company an hour later and talked with the father to see if they would come back to fix the problem (we had paid them previously) and they would not come back. On the call the father just talked on and on. He talked incessantly about plumbing problems we didn't have and wasted so much time! As I speak we have a new set of plumbers fixing our problem and who are laughing at what All Phases Plumber told us, if that tells you anything. No plumber should leave without satisfying its customer!
