Joseph R. did an amazing job replacing our water heater. Ours was tucked away in a corner and he not only cleaned up the debris there but also built a stand for the new one (old one was sitting on cinder blocks). We live in Seattle and got quotes from 10 different places -- All Phase Plumbing beat them all in pricing. Could not be more pleased! Highly recommend and definitely at the top of my list for future plumbing work.

EJ and crew did a great job with our drainage problem. Pricing was fair and they were able to start right away. They even finished a day early! The crew was very respectful of our close neighbors. After the last heavy rain, we were so happy to see no evidence of pooling water outside!! Would use them again, but hope we don't have to!

Daunting is the feeling that comes when you try to navigate the internet to find a company that will come out within 24 hours and solve a sewer problem that has been backed up with tree roots and clogged for 3 weeks. Gary's pipeline and draining is associated with All Phase Plumbing/ they did just that and more. From the minute I talked with Gary on the phone ... to the early cheerful arrival of Mike (utility manager) and his crew... I felt a weight lift off my shoulders - the entire staff were professional and courteous and never annoyed with my questions as they worked for over 2 hours to remove ( years old) tree roots from my sewer line at the back of my house. Every crew member was knowledgeable and the team work was exemplary. The finally bill was much lower than I expected. I highly recommend this company- If I could give them six stars - I definitely would!

They did great work on replacing a pipe going to my septic tank. Reasonably priced and timely. Did a nice job of cleaning up afterward. They also looked at the septic pipe under my slab with a camera and told me that it looked good. It's good to deal with honest people.

Worst customer experience. But more than that, they don't have basic human decency.

My house was freezing cold and I had a 2 weeks old baby in the house. So was looking for some quick resolution when I called these guys. What I realize now is that they don't care about solving problems for individual customers and are only after big jobs.

Larry and John first visited my house just before Christmas to diagnose the problem. They identified 2 valves as being the potential problem though they weren't 100% certain. They were to call me after Christmas to give me a quote. I was then stonewalled for a month by Larry who claimed he had called his supplier for the part and was waiting to hear back from him. After waiting another 2 weeks, I literally spent 15min to identify the part, find a company and found out that they can ship the part in less than 7 days.

I called Larry to tell him that and he said he'd finally heard back from his supplier. So we decided to go with him but try out the solution with 1 valve ($300 a piece and can't be returned once installed) and he has been non responsive since. I've called him a few times and sent messages; no response. I've called the company and no one picks up the phone. I wouldn't be surprised if the company has blocked my number.

People like Larry make me believe less and less in humanity!

I love these guys!!! They installed a boiler in my new home within the first few months of moving in. I had an incident where a garage door repair man hit the steam pipe connecting the boiler to the outside of the house with his truck. I called Larry, and the next morning he came over to check the boiler and repair the loosened connections, do a safety check, etc. FREE of charge! He told me his primary concern was my safety. These days, when does that ever happen? They do high quality work and care about their clients. I cannot say enough when it comes to how highly I think of them.
