I hired this company to do a job. There was a sword smell coming from my place. They all claim they need it a lot of work which ended up being $2500. The smell came back in less than a week and they did not answer my call or text or concerns. I called from a different number and he hung up on my face.

The issue was they have a lot of Spam callers so they didn't want to hear me or take my call.

So I put this review in...I was called back immediately.

They were happy to come out and look at the new problem. They then diagnosed a different scenario and fixed the problem to satisfaction.
I am confident that they can fix any problem but was Not I totally happy with the initial interaction. However they are competent and spent a lot of time on the 2nd job.

My mom just had a heart attack and they were so accommodating with setting up an appointment for her. They even agreed to call me when they were 30 minutes out which was great. But then I got a call from Jr to explain everything he had to do and that the job was completed. That is awesome. Thank you Jr! Will definitely be calling you again

Very pleased with this company. Like the last reviewer mentioned, the gentleman who answered the call was polite and friendly and that puts you at ease right off the bat. I've definitely called places where the person who answers is very brash and that usually has me hanging up almost immediately. He had people available in a few hours which was a pleasant surprise, and even called back later to tell me they could actually get to me earlier if that was okay. The gentlemen who came to give me an estimate were friendly and got right to the issue showing and telling what needed to be done and how to go about it. The estimate seemed reasonable considering I wanted to take care of the issue immediately and most importantly to me, these guys made me feel at ease with their kind demeanor and thorough breakdown. Not condescending at all which is sometimes the case with others. They replaced a leaking kitchen faucet and my corroded leaking pipes accompanied with a warranty on the work. So happy with the work and their kind demeanor. Many thanks to them!

I called another 24 hour place they never got back to me even though I called again this morning .
So I went on line again and found these guys ""All Phase Plumbing, ""the man who answered my call was very kind and nice, no attitude whatsoever, just humble and puts you at ease immediately. He gave me a window of time that the workers would come over to check out my sink ( same day and within a few hours) and they definitely were within the time they were supposed to arrive.
Then we all realized that I would need replacement piping because of a hairline crack that was causing a slow drip under my sink. They already had all replacement parts out in their work truck and did the job on the spot, love that , I feel so secure that the problem was immediately solved . Thank you very much,
I just have a little security suggestion, although you can see by the clothing they wear that they are who they say they are it would add a stronger sense of ease if they wore IDs upon ringing the doorbell .
Nowadays you never know or can be too sure who you are letting in so I'm just saying that would ease the burden of worrying about it more than a uniform.
Thanks though overall it was a better than expected experience.
I will definitely recommend this place if anyone asks for an on time , no nonsence , get the job done efficient plumber!
