After a horrible experience with Repipe Specialists a coworker sent me to All Phase Plumbing. Brandon Amelio came out was very nice and professional. I told him how another company had lied to me, told me I had a spider infestation and mold. He looked under my house and said it was not going to be a problem doing the job. Once they started the job I ask if there were any issues I would need to get fixed. They told me it was actually one of the cleanest homes that they had been under, and it was Bone dry underneath. I would give them a MILLION STARS if I could. SO SO HAPPY WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

Matt from All Phase did an awesome job at short notice for my family. Repairs were done at a reasonable price. He did not do any unnecessary work to get more money. Rod did an excellent job of upgrading gas, water and pressure relief lines to my Rinnai tankless water heater. Rod's workmanship and quality of materials used exceeded my expectations, and is a significant upgrade from the homebuilder's original contractor grade install which was already leaking and rusting after only two years. All Phase is not the cheapest plumbing service, but in my opinion the amount of money I paid for this work was more than fair.

They replaced the drain and water lines, did all the plumbing for my bathroom remodel and today replaced the water heater in a challenging tight kitchen closet. How can it be so difficult to find an honest, reliable, reasonable plumber???? Well, I found one!!! All Phase Plumbing just completed a rush job, two new drain lines under the house, cutting through brick and concrete to install new pipes and valves for two kitchen sinks....whew! All in our 51 year old home while we were in the middle of a major kitchen remodel (mess!). Rod and Brad were so professional, worked hard!, oh...and totally cleaned up the mess! And, the coordination and assistance of Amy in the office was outstanding! When is the last time you had help finding an emergency clean-up service or a call at 740 a.m. to say the crew was on their way?! We have found our plumber! Couldn't be any happier with their responsiveness and work.

First, some background....
Finding an honest and skilled craftsman in any trade can be very challenging. If you've ever tried to hire one, you know exactly what I mean. You do your best to use the tools available to make what you think will be, a good choice. But it doesn't always work out that way does it!

When Trina and I sold our house a couple of years ago, it needed a few minor fixes. I used HomeAdvisor and chose their highest rated company. But that guy was (of course) very busy. So he took the order and then gave it to someone else who, in turn, farmed it out to someone else. In the end, what I got was NOT the highest rated guy but 2 bozo's who didn't even have the proper tools nor ANY experience doing that type of work!

Back to now...

So here we are 2.5yrs into our new house and all of the remodeling (you can read all of my previous posts regarding the contractors we've used like Martis Painting) and we still have a brand-new-in-the-box kitchen faucet yet to be installed! So wife says since you're off work for a couple of weeks, will you please get this done.

The kitchen is due for a complete make-over at some point but could no longer go with the old faucet. Problem is, when you do one thing, quite often, you need to do other things at the same time. Especially in an older home. So along with the faucet, we opted for a new sink, a disposal and some re-plumbing of the oakie engineering (no offense to you oakies out there haha).

I went with All Phase Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews but also because they have posted a family pic on their webpage. So first thing you do is use the ""quote"" feature and right away you get a call from the effervescent Amy! I was expecting to get some push-back regarding having purchased my own units but she had no problem with it.

I was surprised that she was able to schedule a tech for the next day but after telling her what I wanted, we agreed on the following day so she could schedule the tech to be here all day if I was OK with the quote.

Matt came out on the scheduled day, right on time. Amy had called me to let me know he was on his way. I can tell you, if I were him, I'd be on time too less I would have to face Amy later!

Matt looked at everything I wanted and made up a reasonable quote. I agreed and he needed to go get a few parts at Home Depot and would have everything done today. Today? Really? Wow...

Matt's work is amazing. It shows skill and professionalism. He listened to what I wanted and then delivered. I cannot say enough about his ability to do the work the right way and my way at the same time. He not only installed the faucet but also a new sink, a new disposal AND he re-routed the plumbing like I asked to give us maximum space in the under-sink cabinet.

He also ran a water supply line to the fridge and re-routed the dishwasher supply line. (see pic). We also had him do the same in the Master Bath with a new faucet and he installed shut-off valves where there was none previously as well as, again, re-routing the plumbing for more under-cabinet space.

Matt got everything PERFECT ON THE FIRST TRY! No leaks. No drips. No extra trips to HD. No extra charges. Everything done as promised, when promised and for the agreed upon price.

If you need plumbing work of any kind, I highly recommend All Phase Plumbing.

We apologize for the lateness of this review. We used this company earlier this year and we could not be more pleased! Brandon came to our house (which we admit, at the time was in total disarray) and he was very professional and pleasant. We went through a few other bids that week, but we felt Brandon and this company could do the job well. We had two sink faucets that were either stopped completely or had no water pressure. He gave us recommendations for new faucets and repair plan. Because of our older house, we knew there would be issues with some of our plumbing, he went above and beyond to get our faucets working again at the least amount of cost possible. Many months later, everything is still working great! We still have some saving to do before we are able to do a complete plumbing overhaul, but when we do, we will be using this company!

Had a gas tankless water heater installed and couldn't be happier. Professional customer service and installation team. Brandon and Brad were very knowledgeable, efficient and left the place clean. Called to set appt. For that same day. No one showed up that day...no phone call ..My 80 year old waited all day for them to arrive .called the next day to see why .....no record of appt. Wow....!!!!
